The biker had no right to stop the car. he’s not law enforcement, just indulging in moral policing. If he truly cared about littering, he’d confront directly, not arrogantly stop the car. But it was content for him, so he filmed and posted.

So throwing garbage on public roads is fine, but asking someone to pick up their own trash is the real crime ? 😂 If people did the right thing without being told no one would have to intervene in the first place.
