In an interagency task force operation, officers targeted drivers using ghost license plates, pulling over multiple vehicles to mitigate the public safety risks posed by these individuals. Erica Byfield reports more on this story.

@EricaByfield4NY Those ghost cars have been plaguing the city for the past few years. Nobody cared. The crackdown on them is only because the city can't scan their plates to make them pay the BS congestion fees entering lower manhattan.
