Thanks for the demo, looks awesome! Quick question, saw in the video you are using sonnet 3.5, is it recommended for MCP interactions in Cursor? Better than Default or 3.7?

I’m curious if there is any risk using these mcps? Like how as a user do I know my tokens, apis, are secure and not being seen by whoever is hosting the mcp?
