He suggests delegating 20-minute macro actions like coding and research to parallel agents and reviewing their work. --- "I think everything, like so many things, even if they don't work, I think to a large extent you feel like it's a skill issue. It's not that the capability is not there; it's that you just haven't found a way to string together what's available. Like, I didn't give good enough instructions to the agents in the file, or whatever it may be. I don't have a nice enough memory tool that I put in there, or something like that. So, it all kind of feels like a skill issue when it doesn't work to some extent. You want to see how you can parallelize them, and you want to be a 'Pierce tender,' basically. Pierce famously has a funny photo where he's in front of lots of these Codex agents behind the monitor. They all take about 20 minutes if you run them correctly and use high effort. Jordan Peterson: "If you can't fix your room, you can't fix your life" "Why should you even bother improving yourself? The answer is something like: so you don't suffer anymore stupidly than you have to. And maybe so others don't have to either. It's not some casual self-help doctrine. If you don't organize yourself properly, you'll pay for it. In a big way. And so will the people around you." Peterson continues: "You can say, 'Well, I don't care about that.' But that's actually not true, you do care about it. Because if you're in pain, you will care about it. It's very rare that you can find someone in excruciating pain who would say, 'Well, it would be no better if I was out of this.' Pain brings the idea that it would be better if it didn't exist along with it. It's incontrovertible." On how to start: "Look around for something that bothers you and see if you can fix it. You can do this in a room. Sit in your bedroom and think: 'If I wanted to spend ten minutes making this room better, what would I have to do?' You have to ask yourself that, it's a genuine question. And things will pop out. There's a stack of papers bugging you. Some rubbish behind your computer monitor you haven't attended to for six months. Cables tangled up." He explains why this matters: "If you were coming to see me for psychotherapy, the easiest thing would be to get you to organize your room. You think, is that psychotherapy? Imagine you're walking down the street and there's a guy who's alcoholic and schizophrenic and has been homeless for ten years. That's a problem. It would be good if you could fix it, but you haven't got a clue. You walk around that and go find something you could fix. Just because something announces itself as in need of repair doesn't mean it's you, right then and there, who should repair it. You have to have some humility. You don't walk up to a helicopter that isn't working and just start tinkering away." Peterson shares the key insight: "As soon as you give your mind a genuine aim, it'll reconfigure the world in keeping with that aim. That's actually how you see to begin with. You've all seen the video where you watch basketballs being tossed back and forth, and while you're doing that, a gorilla walks into the middle of the video and you don't see it. If you thought about that experiment for five years, that would be about the right amount of time to spend thinking about it." I see plenty of interest and questions about ASMR models the past few days. No you don't need to be an ASMRist to get one. Any artist can draw it for you as long as they separate some of the important parts for movement. It's MUCH cheaper than a whole new model and very cost effective for events and fun stuff all year long. Just get a cozy pose to be able to use it with everything else and a few toggles if you wanna be fancy. Art & Rig wise, it's much cheaper. Feel free to ask anything else in the comments.

✨ To inspire more people to go build something now that we have AI to help us (especially non-tech people, cause I still know so many who are scared of building something): I added a [ BUILD IT ] button to It's like a mini-Lovable/Replit/v0: Any idea you see you like, you can click [ BUILD IT ], and it will use Opus 4.6 to build a landing page for it And then you can download the code it generated It's not a full startup of course, but a nice preview of what it can be, to give you an idea and inspire you to build it out further The code is live streamed also so you can see it being built 😊 Ironically this itself took me 1 hour to build with AI too Completely free and I pay for the tokens (please don't abuse it :D)

This library alone can make React the best front-end framework out there! There are a bunch of cool things I like about CopilotKit. Here are 3 of them: 1. It allows you to take any -powered agent and bring it into your application. (This is a brand-new feature!) 2. You can build an AI-powered chatbot in your application. The chatbot will have access to your context and can act on the application. 3. You can build a RAG workflow to process and answer questions from a real-time knowledge base. "Hey Codex, when you implement this plan, I want you to delegate all the lower complexity tasks to GPT 5.3 Spark subagents" Instead of needing to create 100 different custom agent roles for different situations, you can just prompt your agent to spawn whatever model or reasoning level you want. With only natural language. No config files. No pre-defined roles. Just tell the orchestrator what to use and it listens.
