Don't agree with this use case. Could do all that, especially the first low barrier task quieter and more efficient with just a wheel between the propellers. It knows the position of the props, align them with the axis and use a motor on both wheels and drag the one back wheel between props. Use the props to get over higher obstacles that it couldn't jump over. Up the hill w wheel motors too. So getting on the roof of a building is the only advantage the props can do and even for that height I saw a jumping bot get that high.
