In announcing Kyle Larson's Indy-Charlotte Double plans today, Jeff Gordon said that a JR Motorsports driver who fits Larson's physical profile will likely serve as his backup driver for any NASCAR sessions he has to miss. "You can do the math and put it together." Gordon referenced the challenges that came with Kevin Harvick filling in for Larson during North Wilkesboro practice and qualifying, noting it was a lot of work for the team to swap seats and other in-car components that suited Harvick back to Larson. Gordon also said that Larson will "probably" miss the same sessions as he did last year. On the IndyCar side, Tony Kanaan will once again serve as Larson's backup. Kanaan will test Larson's car at Indianapolis in April.

Introducing Durable Sessions — the key pattern for collaborative AI. Reminder that the Machine Payments Protocol's killer feature is sessions. Use sessions instead of the charge intent to go faster and cheaper. Ideal for high throughput APIs. - 1 onchain transaction to open a session - infinite tiny granularity 0-fee payments bound only by the latency of your API call - whenever you're done, 1 onchain transaction to close a session You don't need to close out. You can open a session once, forever, and then keep topping that up to keep paying your service if you've spent all your balance. Docs:

💔 Kevin Painter reveals MISERY of suffering with dartitis for 16 months without knowing if it is going to end as he starts to finally come out the other side of it. "16 months of absolute misery and you don't think it's going to end. You hope it is doing all the therapy sessions I was doing and then it finally just went. "It's all about anxiety and not sleeping properly. If you can get a good night sleep then you're emptying the 'bucket of trash' from that day and previous months." #Darts

Rico Verhoeven's strength and conditioning routine is insane. It's just reps after reps after reps, with minimal rest. And the closer to the fight he gets, the more reps they do. But the sessions aren't long. Which is good. You can either have super high output or you can train superlong. It's one or the other. You can't have both. There's a lot of S&C approaches I see athletes do. This is one of them. Seems to work for him so... cc: joeroganfan_re

🚨THIS CRASHES YOUR TESTOSTERONE!!!Longer isn’t always better — especially for cardio. People think that more hours equals more results. But when it comes to training, very long, exhausting sessions can actually crush your hormones. Multiple human studies show that endurance-style long cardio and multi-hour lifting sessions can significantly lower free and total testosterone. Your body interprets that chronic stress as a signal to down-regulate anabolic hormones. So what should you do? 👉 For cardio: Prioritize HIIT. Short, explosive intervals boost cardiovascular fitness without tanking hormones. 👉 For lifting: Stick to compound exercises. 45–75 minutes of focused training 2–5 times per week beats dragging out sessions for hours. Quality over Quantity Your body responds best to smart, intense, efficient work — not endless exhaustion. Train smarter, not longer. Your hormones will thank you. #testosterone #hiit #weightlifting #hormones

A mentor's role in your life is invaluable, offering brief yet transformative guidance. Unlike coaches, mentors aren't there for every step of the journey. My mentor, Richard Maponya, would have a small conversation with me once a month, lasting 30 minutes or, if I was lucky, an hour. These sessions were packed with wisdom and insights, profoundly shaping my path. Mentors provide targeted advice and perspective that can pivot your thinking and actions in meaningful ways. It's these occasional yet powerful conversations that make a lasting impact, guiding you toward success.

French rugby player, Jules Plisson, talks about the training sessions with Victor Wembanyama: “We were approached by his performance coach to put together some training sessions that were different from his usual basketball work. Victor wanted to try his hand at rugby, so I had the privilege of coaching him one-on-one for two sessions. It was a great experience. I tried to make the sessions both enjoyable and engaging, while keeping them firmly rooted in rugby. The idea was to expose him to movements he's not accustomed to, things like going to ground, getting back to his feet, tackling, staying upright through contact, and moving in ways that are specific to rugby. I think he really enjoyed it. He was initially only supposed to come on the Monday, but he came back again two days later, which I suppose is a good sign that he liked it.” #GoSpursGo #PorVida

The CEO of Founders Fund-backed Monaco, Sam Blond, says customers want to speak with humans for sales. But for non-customer-facing activities, AI agents are far better. “Whether you're a sales rep or a founder, you will spend your time customer-facing - and we're going to optimize everything in the platform around that experience, including the post follow-up.” “So, you get off the call, we have the call transcript, we've written an email for you to follow up with that person, it's very opinionated and trained on the way that we think about sales and go to market, you can review that email and click send, and then it's time for the next call.” “That’s the sort of optimization that we believe AI is influencing the function of sales right now. It’s - getting more qualified demos, helping you close more customers, and actually emphasizing the relationship-building that happens that is customer-facing.”

We just introduced two new cool features on Console: Timeline and Stock Insights, both powered by Tijori. Timeline If you invest in stocks, tracking all the events that can affect your investments and developments in one place is hard. You'll have to switch between multiple websites and apps to figure out what happened. This is where the Timeline comes in. Think of your Timeline on Console as a social media feed, but only with updates about the stocks in your portfolio. You can see updates about earnings, corporate actions, insider trades, market share updates, forensic insights and a lot more. Stocks Insights Stocks Insights is a widget that gives you a quick fundamental snapshot of the stocks you hold on the Console holdings page itself. You can see price performance with a benchmark comparison, key financial ratios, peer comparisons and other insights. Check out the link in the comments for more.

I think the Hermes Desktop plugins still have a ton of untapped potential I've always wanted some kind of app to put to YouTube video ideas and schedule them, so I had Hermes make it for me: -Drag an drop ideas into a calendar -Link ideas to the agent sessions where I'm actually researching or building them -Color-coded labels for Planned, Recorded, Edited, and Uploaded -Summarize button that automatically reads the linked sessions and summarize the work -Best of all, I own everything locally and Anthropic can't take it away from me What kind of plugins are you making?

This is the best stretch on the planet that no one is doing. It's called the World's Greatest Stretch. Move #1 - The forearm to instep exercise stretches out your hips and adductors. Move #2 - The thoracic windmill helps open up your chest and activate your upper back. Move #3 - The push back stretches out your calves and hamstrings. Do this for 6-8 reps before a workout or between desk sessions. Your hips and back will thank you.
