ofc its never built for anyone outside of US

Manage money with Treasury: Everything we announced at Stripe Sessions:

Stripe just showed banks how fat their cock is

When are you going to release my funds!??? Over 6k being held for almost a year. No response from support.

my stripe profile handle is @ edwin if anybody wants to send me a transfer. thanks!

stripe is so cool but has bad communication / support, confusing setup, and it doesn’t really feel like they “want” you on their platform

how to use this for real?

So blinkin excited about this.

The problem with this app is centralization. Stripe is laying the foundation for a central bank digital currency. I don’t understand why companies that have the ability to create a new way forward always conform to what already exists

@DrewDeVilbiss 🔥

can you get the money out of Stripe? easily? fees?

I'm a Dubai-based non-US resident with a US LLC (via Stripe Atlas) and a Mercury account. 1. Am I eligible for Stripe Treasury? 2. Why are payouts paused for no US address, even though you registered my LLC and know I'm overseas? It worked fine before.

3.5% fees on transactions 😲😲😲 Highway robbery. I need to buy Stripe shares on the secondary markets.

FFFF

Stripe just became a neobank

The winning fintech products are all converging on the same promise: money should move with the same expectation as a message.

since Stripe doesn't support my country, we're just stuck watching from the sidelines.

whoever chose that adlib at 0:12 needs to be fired

Stripe is worse than Revolut when it comes to freezing your funds for no good reason

2% back is too low. The standard is 3% back on everything. On the higher end 5% back on certain things.

when in italy?

Do funds earn interest?

the stablecoin angle is what changes the playbook. payment ops on stripe used to be locked into fiat rails, now you can settle agent-side in usdc and human-side in dollars without rebuilding the integration. feels like the missing primitive a lot of agent companies were waiting for.

@grok is this Stripe Treasury available for Dominican Republic residents? If not, what are the options? Maybe by having a US LLC?

Nice evolution, treasury becoming more programmable and integrated into the payments stack. Congrats on the launch.

the only thing saving traditional banks in this era of fintech innovation is closely working with central banks and goverments and burned deep into the infrastructure they are controlling money itself and not just its consumer usage

Very curious about this @jrfarr

Soo excited for this

No way, just got the experience with my company funds frozen for no reason at all, they still hold Iike 2000€ from 2 years ago and still didn't give me a reason. Imagine if you use it as a bank, nope.

Do you have to be American to use this?

@marclou And for those with LLC but not having their country eligible for any of your bank partners ? Can we use treasury instead? @stripesupport

I came to join the people posting that Stripe will lock your account and take your money without any type of appeal or review process. Complete assholes.

It’s disappointing that a global developing company can talk about innovation while quietly excluding African countries from its vision. You cannot claim to build the future and ignore an entire continent full of talent, creativity, and growth. That’s just biased
