I’m sick of reading AI slop, so today I’m open-sourcing my /no-ai-slop skill that removes 20+ slop patterns from any piece of writing. 📌 Get the free skill here: If you find it useful, please consider starring the repo so more people can find it. Why I built the skill: I use AI to edit my writing because it helps me fix spelling, grammar, and clarity. But even the best models keep producing the same slop that this skill removes: → Binary contrasts: “It’s not X. It’s Y.” → Throat-clearing openers: “Here’s what nobody tells you.” → Fake-profound endings: “The future isn’t coming. It’s already here.” Use this skill responsibly. I always write a first draft manually before iterating with AI on edits and I make sure to do another manual pass at the end as well. That’s in contrast to using AI to automate pumping out slop end-to-end. 📌 Read my full post for more on how I try to use AI responsibly to edit without giving into the dark side:

As a result, true American Quality has become hard to find. But there is a better way. ➾ I've spent the last few weeks building a curated list of quality goods that contain zero plastics and are made to last. In most cases they are also made in the USA, in all cases they come from American companies 🇺🇸 I will be adding more items weekly, and I hope you'll join me in the return to Quality. Ask it to break down: - Structure - Psychology - Why it worked Step 2: Combine the patterns into one guide Step 3: Turn that guide into a two-phase prompt - Phase 1: AI interviews YOU for context - Phase 2: AI writes in YOUR voice He does this for tweets, landing pages, even book paragraphs. Stop prompting like a Neanderthal. Context is king.

My favorite way of interacting with Claude Code is to have it generate static HTML files as outputs (reports, explorations, code structure, mockups etc.) I wanted to iterate on the file by commenting in browser and having Claude update the output live. So, I built this Claude Skill👇 How it works: - Install Claude Code skill (ask it to clone repo) - Build an HTML page for anything (e.g. research coding agents and generate HTML report) - Ask it to make the page interactive That's it. CC will launch a localhost server and allow you to then leave comments on the page itself and once it updates, will give you a tour of changes. It's like Google Docs kind of comments/iteration but for HTML pages.

I love using GLM 5.2 for web app iteration. My workflow: generate 6 variations, then pick the best one and continue iterating on it. I built Recast to make this even easier. Give it a prompt, get 6 variations, download the code for your favorite version, then continue iterating in your own coding agent. GLM 5.2 works really well for this use case since it's fast, cheap, and great at design. On average, you can make 3-6 landing pages with GLM 5.2 for every one you can generate with Opus 4.8. And the design variety of the GLM landing pages helps a lot with trying to think through what style you want to go with. Recast is launching soon (as a web app + skill).
