We turned it off as we saw Piper in the in front of Tom. Regardless of what happened next I think you've lost the plot literally this time Emmerdale. What is wrong with you 🙁

The scriptwriters fascination with harming Piper is as disturbing as the whole coercive and DV storyline itself. As important a storyline as this is, it needs to end ASAP as this terrible to watch!

This was just sick. There is no need to put the viewers through something so disturbing. This storyline has run its course, and this was unnecessarily disgusting. There is surely something wrong with the writers. Enough is enough.

He is pure evil, this storyline needs to end asap!!

Viewers were mad at the poisoning story with Piper..so instead of listening you took it to another level..wow. .I had to walk ouy tonight..even heard my daughter shout out..too far emmerdale too far..

Why are you promoting animal cruety? First you had the dog poisned, then left out in the cold and now ' ran over '. Alright, you issed a declaimer before the show started but you taking this storyline too far now. I won't be suprised if you get a series of complaints for this.

Switched this off - it’s become too vile to watch - also giving those inclined to Toms ways ideas they may not have thought of ! Animal cruelty is not entertaining
