I was ashamed to talk about it when I had it, but now I’m not, it’s important that people know that it’s nothing to be ashamed about and you can get through it, the storm will pass there will be sunshine again.

The biggest issue men face is that we as a society don't listen. We don't pay attention. Been dealing with fathers for a long time and the "men don't talk" narrative is nonsense. They do, they don't do it like women but that's ok.
