Yes. They smoke K2, which in prison is essentially roach spray and not surprisingly, it makes the addict look like a dying roach. They piss, vomit, shit, have hallucinations and get stuck in place like a zombie.

Why aren't the guards seeing this, and who the hell is filming?

I assume the guards are getting a fair cut. Otherwise, they are not only corrupt but cheap too.

8 kids OD'd on fentanyl in juvenile detention in Chehalis Washington two weeks ago. The 'authorities' blamed it on overcrowding. Corruption, Corruption, Corruption. A long history at that facility.
