Well, LA did this decades ago to their river and now they want to remove it to make it more natural.

Dans certains pays où le civisme n’existe pas il est bon de couvrir ces collecteurs. Quand on y abandonne épaves, vieux lave-linge etc ils ne servent plus à rien quand les intempéries sont là.

暗渠化するのはお薦めでは無いな。 川があることで気温が安定化して湿度が保たれるし、経済力が無いと整備費が国庫を痛めるし維持管理が大変だ。経済力と文化レベルに合った整備が必要。
