Is your doctor telling you this about cholesterol? 👀

The only thing my doctor tells me is my cholesterol is on the high side of normal and do I want this drug.

What about LDL vs HDL? I’ve worked my ass off for a couple years, but the LDL is still “too high” per the conventional dr…

My wife's aunt's LDL was 167 and they wanted to put her on statins. I'm shocked at reference chart, most Dr.'s that push this are criminals IMO.

1. high cholesterol mechanistically causes heart disease 2. high cholesterol is poor metabolic health 3. no one benefits from low-carb more than they would a placebo

Actually the appropriate answer is, "Doctor, since you insisted on putting me on statins because of my 300 LDL, I went a spent $100 on a CAC scan and am CAC 0 with no symptoms or events at 60 years old, so you can shove the statins up your ass and I'll just get another CAC in 5-10 years and if it gets > 100 I'll take the THEN necessary drugs, if not I wont. You wouldn't start me on chemo just because I smoke, wouldn't you want a chest x-ray and biopsy to prove it?"

Yeah I have a buddy with gout and high blood pressure and a friend that’s a nurse is giving him advice needlessly to say he’s on high blood pressure medication and is avoiding red meat but she’s a nurse and knows everything lol

I don't discuss nutrition with my doctor, just injuries and things that need surgical attention.

Revero should have a family plan

Even though carnivore is the best diet for the human being, always have your blood tests done. Not everyone absorbs nutrients well and you might have some deficiency that can be fixed with extra eggs or some liver every now or then. Keep an eye open for the B12 and Acid Folic.

To avoid this vexing problem I don’t get my cholesterol checked
