For the dough, 1 cup unsalted butter 2 cups All purpose flour 2 tablespoons curry powder 1 teaspoon turmeric 250ml cold water Dice or grate your cold butter and leave it in the freezer for 30 minutes to firm up. Mix all your dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Add half of your butter and mix with the flour to make sure it's evenly distributed. Add your cold water slowly and start kneading the dough. Do not work the dough to much as you want to keep the butter from melting. Wrap the dough and put in the fridge for an hour.

Then take out of the fridge and rollout on a table with flour until it's about 1.5 inches thick. Add the a quarter of the cold butter and fold it in to the dough as shown on the reel. Once fully incorporated out it back in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Then roll it out into a rectangular sheet approximately 3mm thick and place two tablespoons of your beef into two separate piles. Fold over, cut, crimp the edges and bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes or 25-30 from frozen. Enjoy
