Super interesting. I think their views on this are actually quite similar. Jeff also advocates for getting everyone in a room and trying to get as close to the underlying truth as possible as the first course of action to resolve disputes. However, I think Jeff is acknowledging that sometimes the truth is unknowable. And if two people disagree when the truth is unknowable, that's when you need to disagree and commit.

Entrepreneurs are always contrarian thinkers. Its nature requires that. You are putting everything in a thing that will likely fail. But you bet you can make it work and it works.. How? Passion, obsession, conviction..

It’s clear that all these billionaires are starting some type of shared protein regimen. Bezos, Zuckerberg, and Musk clearly have no intentions of signing off looking like Warren Buffett or Charlie Munger 🤣😆😂

@ValaAfshar While I personally don’t know Jeff Besos, I know people who know him because they’ve worked directly with him. According to what they’ve said, he sounds more like the type to steal your ideas or use you, then kick you out…

Very wise words. In all these nice advices, I can see that communication is key on all its forms. Nothing should be left hidden. Open and free speech, as here on X but applies in our daily work.
