Stress doesn't come from hard work. Stress comes from avoiding what we know we need to face. It comes from lying to ourselves and pretending everything is "fine" when we know deep down what needs to be done.

Action beats anxiety. Legend!

Stress is inability to fire the person that is causing you stress. Jeff has never had to deal with stress.

The thing is that as an engineer, a lot of your stress is regarding things that you can control by doing a bit more work. So then you’re stressed about finding the time and energy to do it.

This is sound advice Some aspect of stress is definitely related to avoidance. Sometimes facing the thing that is causing us fear and accepting those emotions for what they are does help you get through tough times!
