In 2002, I was Sparring Darren Barker in a Cyprus training camp with the England Boxing team. Even though he was a weight below me, I remember being really nervous for this. I was 18 and had just moved up to the senior team, and he had just won the Commonwealth Games (and he was a bit of a celeb in the boxing world :) It was a great sparring him... I learned a lot. Here are the 4 rounds.

Major Frank Prentice was 18 years old when he dropped over a hundred feet off the stern of the Titanic into a sea full of ice. He survived. This is what he saw. Prentice worked in the Purser's office. He was in his cabin at midships when the collision happened. 👤: There are a lot of trainees who practice hard. I think Jimin of BTS is far the best. In the case of Jimin he was really hard on himself to the point where we thought it was harsh. The T&D used to be called the 'Artist Development Team' back then. We took care of him a lot. 👤: The impressive thing about him was that Jimin was a dancer before he joined so he already had the habit of dancing in a smooth way. As a pop artist he had to fix it. Since there are many dance moves that require a lot of power he had to break that habit. We gave him that mission and in the following months evaluation, I got a feedback that he had improved a lot. I was surprised to hear that. I was amazed by how much he practiced, I still remember it clearly.

👤 Was the waffle good? 🐿️ Yeah, that's what I had with Jungkook. Jungkook told me there was this place he had gone to during the promotions for "Seven", where he had really enjoyed the food. I was like, "Oh, really?" Then he said he wanted to go back there, so he asked if we could go together. 🐿️ We went, and the atmosphere was really nice. There was a restaurant on about the 40th floor of a building. We ordered this waffle dish with duck on top, and you pour sauce over it before eating. It was so delicious. 🐿️ I was genuinely surprised by how good it was. It was really tasty.

“The idea was, when he (Vincent D'Onofrio) decides to reveal himself they did a special version of his makeup that was very stretchable. What he does is he grabs the back of his head and he just starts tugging on it. The idea was he would pull it as far as he could, and then we would take over stretching the image, making it appear to be distorting in a way that it physically couldn’t. Then basically when I shot Vince I just kept urging him to pull harder, and harder, and harder until finally the final take he just pulled it until the makeup just ripped. We said, ‘Okay, we got it.’ That’s what’s in the show because it’s really tugging on his face the maximum it could be done, and then we just extended that. Seth Rogen reveals The Interview used a real tiger because the CGI was too expensive, then the tiger wrangler started asking terrifying questions I did a movie called The Interview about North Korea, and there’s a scene with a tiger. I directed the movie with my partner, and we wrote this scene where there’s a tiger. I thought in my head it would be CG. Life of Pi had come out recently, and I was like, “We’ll get the Life of Pi tiger. Put us down for one Life of Pi.” They were like, “We can’t afford that at all. We’ve got to get a real tiger.” I was like, “Oh God.” So we found a tiger wrangler in Calgary, and we had a call with him. It was so funny because he was the least confidence inspiring person you’ve ever spoken to in your entire life. I asked, “Where’d you get the tiger?” He said, “From a stripper.” We were like, “What?” He said, “She had a tiger cub as part of her act, and it got too big, so she had to get rid of it.” We asked, “Where does a stripper get a tiger?” He said, “It’s easier than you think. You could get one.” We had sent him the script, and he said, “Let’s go over the scene. You’re not shooting this at night, are you?” I said, “Yeah, the scene is set at night.” He said, “Ooh.” I asked, “Why is that bad?” He said, “Well, they hunt at night.” He asked, “Can it be during the day?” We said, “No. Is that okay?” There was a long pause, and he said, “Yeah, it’s okay.
