Parallax Occlusion Mapping in Blender 5.0 🔥 A single plane, no subdivisions & displacement, just shader math. The new closures and repeat zone now make it possible to implement it as a reusable nodegroup. #blender #b3d #eevee #shaders

The Blender file of the 3D viewer of Tenochtitlan is released. You can download it from the main website. It's like a digital twin, made for tinkering. It has a lighting and material setup to get you started. It renders in both Cycles and EEVEE #b3d #tenochtitlan #threejs

Working on a tutorial for the Real Time Caustics in Shaders Plus, but I keep getting carried away, just so fun! 🤭 You can play around with it too, it's available on Gumroad and Blender Market! :) #b3d #blender #caustics #realtime

Had fun making this visualization of the Real-Time Caustics controls in my Shaders Plus addon! You can check out Shaders Plus on Gumroad and Blendermarket right now! :) The 3D UI is also functional and has basic customization features through Geometry Nodes. I'll be expanding it further soon 😎 #b3d #blender3d #blender #shadersplus #cyclesrender #cycles #caustics #realtimerendering #blenderaddon

I rebuilt my POM water effect with Blender 5.1's material repeat zone. This version gives smooth results even with very few layers by softening the edges, or you can just throw loads of layers at it and it handles them beautifully. #b3d #blender #blender3d #cgi

Fun little demo of the Real-Time Caustics features in Shaders Plus! There's no physical limits to the settings, so there's a lot of art directability with it! :D #b3d #blender #blender3d #caustics #cycles #realtimevfx #realtime

The Trump administration expects a high probability of THE CLARITY ACT passing, so it is using existing executive authority NOW to prepare agencies, reduce lag, and make The 2026 Clarity Act implementation nearly immediate once legislation arrives on his desk. This is a recognizable and prudent governing pattern across administrations of both parties. This is probably one of the coolest things I've ever made in Blender! I set up a rig using some complicated Driver magic and it allows me to choose exactly what expression I want! It's so fun to play around with! #blender #b3d #LoisLane #bnpr

Who can help me figure this out? With the 'legacy' Cloth in Blender you can add Hooks and stretch a mesh during simulation. With the same setup and the new Cloth Dynamics in Blender 5.2, it just pulls on the individual Vertices. What am I doing wrong? #B3D #Blender #Blender3D
