@github Please add it to Azure DevOps. You added GitHub Advanced Security. I don't know why you can't add it to ADO. Most Microsoft customers are still on ADO and have no intention of switching to GH.

After reaching AI-native terminal velocity we are swamped in code review. The core insight is that as long as you can write code in parallel you will continue to be stuck until you can review it in parallel. I was surprised by how quickly this became my daily driver for not just review code, but writing it as well.

From Joanna Stern's great video review of the 1X Neo of today (she makes it clear this isn't what's shipping in 2026). For now, it's all remote operated and it's *still* struggling a little to do basic stuff. This isn't crapping on it, it just that this stuff is HARD.

I do not like the meshing of 10FPS animation with 60fps everything else. I've been coded by literally every game ever to believe it's frame drops, so it makes every input feel laggy when it really isn't. I'm sure it's something I'll get used to but it's just really weird.

Pak 1021 has been decrypted and had new voice lines from Pharrell Williams PHARRELL: The robots were the ideators, this was their dream, this is the way that they saw it. I’ve always been like, ok I am going to go in there and once it feels good to me that's it. But it's really not, that's just the beginning. I never went in there to perfect it and he continued to push me. So, it might have been written but it's like ok now record it again, ok cool now record it again, ok cool take this again, which is the right way to do it. Right, you get all the knots out and for me that's what I learned in working with the robots. Now I understand the value of it, the value of just taking the time to iron it out. But it could be perfection, that's the difference between a human and a robot.

Why game companies focus on graphics instead of gameplay? 1) the devs must show the game to upper management. They don't play it. They just look at the cut scenes. So to get greenlit you need cool cut scenes that the players will probably skip. 2) the game journalists who review your game only care about screen shots. They will play it for maybe 10 minutes. Superficial looks, not depth, is what they will review. I'm not decrying graphics. Great graphics make a game better. But game play entices players. If devs ignore management and journalists you can get incredible games. Remember Dwarf Fortress? And look at Fallout: New Vegas - really, kind of chunky graphics even for its time, but terrific gameplay. Also neaer-perfect soundtrack.
