Just like Quebec, Alberta is asserting its constitutional authority. No longer will the federal government get to pit cities against one another in our province with unreasonable conditions.

FACT: Québec ran to the table with matching funds and had no problem with whatever conditions were part of the deal. Premier Legault was all over the media saying: "We've got our share. Let's freaking do this!" If you want to be treated like Québec, start acting like Québec.
