After a week of repairs, little progress has been made with a truck load of suffering for the masses.. This minister of transportation could not talk to his people on how to make palliatives to ease the stress. At least work at night and on weekends. Is this what the @Apc wants?

Preliminary findings indicate the incident was caused by an articulated trailer that overturned earlier on the same bridge. Our officials including men of LASEMA, FRSC officials, and Police officers are all on ground managing the situation, with towing vans already contacted. Recovery operations are still ongoing. As a result, there is a significant traffic backlog extending to Otedola Bridge and beyond, it's also affecting Isheri-Olowora and Ogunusi Road. To ease movement, officials have temporarily opened *one-way traffic from Berger down to OPIC Turning. Crews on boats have spent hours spraying water onto the bridge to cool the metal so they can realign it with the road deck. The bridge was an important logistical artery for supplying the Russian army in the south direction and within Russian-occupied Crimea. After strikes on the bridge, Russia sent repair brigades. The repair equipment and remains of the bridge were destroyed, too. Glory!

BREAKING: Police audio has been released that captures dispatchers discussing with officers the approaching container ship and the subsequent collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore. In the audio, you can hear an officer trying his best to get the traffic stopped going over the bridge as the ship approached. Thanks to some heroic officers, some of the traffic was cut off, but unfortunately some cars and workers still remained on the bridge when it collapsed.
