Today is a horrible day for me from travelling MAS to SHM. PNR 4241340539. I felt unreserved experience in 3AC. I complaints Rail Madat 6 times but no solution except in Rajahmundry. TTEs were very busy to collect money from passengers whose don't have tickets in 3AC. Thanks IR.
