Get them beds topped up with compost to almost full probably 1 inch from the top you will see a massive difference. Thank me later 👍🏻

They were but had to add extra height to stop the hens getting to the soil through they mesh.

I planted Snap Dragons and Pansies for my tortoises to snack on. I was devastated when they started eating them lol. I honestly never thought they would . I’m now trying Chamomile and Nasturtians. I can cope with those being eaten. Just.

Lovely garden, full of disasters and successes, as every true garden should have. When younger, I loved growing things from seed, but now I'm older I miss my garden. When visiting the garden centre I always headed for the plant hospital, some of my best shrubs came from the most sorry looking bedraggled patients 😂👌🏻
