Canton PD Sgt Sean Goode was texting throughout the processing of the scene when John O'Keefe was found dead outside of Brian Albert's home at 34 Fairview Rd. Normally, this wouldn't be suspicious.. however, given the timeline of Goode being on his phone, it raises serious questions of who exactly he was speaking to and why. At 6:35:40 AM, Detective Sergeant Mike Lank gets a phone call that he says he does not remember who it was. This call lasts almost 3 mins. Immediately after he calls the Massachusetts State Police CPAC Unit for help. At 6:39:11 AM, the outdoor front light of 34FV is turned on and the door is opened. At 6:40:48 AM, Goode is seen texting after calling in a section 12 for Karen Read. We hear Goode tell Lank this while Lank is still on the phone with CPAC. Goode also asks if Lank wants to go inside because "the front door is actually open". While Lank and Goode head to the front door, Kerry Roberts and Karen Read return back. Within minutes, Karen is walked back to the ambulance and subsequently sent to the hospital for a section hold. They would draw her blood which then would be examined and given an estimate of her blood alcohol content of the time she supposedly ran into John O'Keefe. Goode and Lank would spend 18 minutes and 47 seconds inside 34 Fairview Rd with Brian Albert, Nicole Albert and Jen McCabe. While inside, Goode radios Kelly Dever in dispatch of the exact time of Jen's 911 call. Matt McCabe was also coming in and out (which was not testified to). In fact, Goode, Lank and Matt would leave the home together. At 7:02:04 AM, Goode is seen texting again. Karen Read would leave in the ambulance at 7:05:32 AM.

Officer Goode calls Kerry and instructs her to return to the scene. 6:38 Front lights of the house turn on. 6:39 Officer Lank calls CPAC. 6:39–6:40 Goode tells Lank he wants to section Karen so officers know her location. Engine 2 from Ponkapoag is dispatched. 6:41 Lank and other officers discuss a phone inside a cruiser. They are unsure whether the phone belongs to an officer, Karen, or John. 6:41 Goode asks Lank whether they should enter the house and speak with the homeowners. 6:42 Lank and Goode walk up the driveway and enter the house through the front door. At the same time, Kerry returns and parks in the middle of the street in the same general area she parked earlier that morning. For the next several minutes, Kerry is observed walking around her vehicle. 6:49 Second ambulance from Ponkapoag arrives on scene. 6:51 Karen exits Kerry’s vehicle and walks toward the ambulance. 6:52 Kerry backs her vehicle closer to the driveway area. 6:53 A Canton Police cruiser pulls into Kerry’s original parking spot. 6:54 An individual begins walking up the driveway toward the house. If Brian Higgins was physically at Canton PD at 9:26 AM on January 29, why wasn’t he interviewed by State Police then and why did they wait days? Brian Higgins arrives at Canton Police Department at 9:26 AM Yuri Bukhenik testifies he arrives around 9:15 AM Michael Proctor is already there Higgins is a law-enforcement officer a known attendee at the house someone who had recent contact with John O’Keefe someone who later admits to phone deletion and replacement That makes him a priority interview, not a casual witness. Higgins was another badge from another agency, already inside the building, overlapping socially with other key figures. Delaying his interview insulated him from spontaneous questioning, recorded inconsistencies, and early device preservation. This isn’t about what Higgins eventually said. It’s about what wasn’t captured, what changed before it was captured, what evidence window closed Once days pass, phones get replaced, messages disappear, stories converge That bell cannot be unrung. Yuri Bukhenik testified that He arrived at Canton Police Department around 9:15 AM Michael Proctor was already there, They were at CPD before going to Jen McCabe’s house At 9:00–9:20 Michael Lank is back at Brian Albert’s house because Jen McCabe “forgot to tell him something” and called him back 9:40 Brian Albert calls Kevin Albert 9:50 Brian Albert Missed incoming call from Chief Berkowitz 9:54 Brian Albert calls Chief Berkowitz (4m 40s) So while Lank has just been at Brian Albert’s house Higgins has just arrived at CPD Yuri and Proctor claim to be staging the next steps …the Chief of Police is directly communicating with Brian Albert, a homeowner and witness.

New footage of Jen and Matt McCabe at the O'Keefe's home the evening after the murder of John O'Keefe. On 1/30/22, Jen and Matt arrive at 8:29pm and then left with their daughter at 9:12pm. Jen looking interestingly exhausted as she first arrives and quite snappy with her daughter when they leave 45 minutes later. 🤔 Earlier that day, Jen and Kerry Roberts had spent 5 hours at the O'Keefe's. From there, they would 🔹️stop at Jen's for 7 minutes 🔹️stop at 34 Fairview Rd for 4 minutes and then proceed to Canton PD Detective Sergeant Mike Lank's home. This off-the-books meeting lasting roughly 45 minutes. Important to note, Lank has a long history with the Albert family. He, in fact, was the only officer trusted to enter 34 Fairview Rd multiple times during the early hours of 1/29/22. Jen McCabe had multiple police interviews on 1/29. At one point in the morning, she called Lank back to 34 Fairview to speak. He arrived and spoke to her in front of many Albert family members (Brian, Nicole, Chris, Julie, Kevin) and Brian Higgins. This is where Jen said, for the first time, Karen Read allegedly “admitted” to running over John. “I hit him, I hit him, I hit him”. On 2/1, she had another MSP interview at her home. Kerry Roberts had a police interview on 1/29 where she texted Jen that officers were about to interview her. Jen telling Kerry to call her after.. which is precisely what happened. On 2/1, Kerry had another police interview at Jen's where they were making a “timeline” together with Jen's sister Denise Galvin. Later that evening, Jen would be speaking to Michael Proctor on the phone and Kerry asked to speak with him as she suddenly “remembered” things. Karen Read was arrested on 2/1 at 7:40pm. After, Jen and Kerry Roberts would eagerly be texting one another about how their detective skills solved a murder. Jokingly, Kerry would claim Sandra Bullock to play her in the movie that was surely to be made. Jen adding that they were like an 80s detective sitcom show and Matt is like the character played by Tom Selleck. Due to the history of ever-changing timelines by Jen, one has to wonder.. was her spending 6 hours in total at the O'Keefe's home after the murder of John genuine (as a "caring friend") or was something more nefarious going on?

Brian Higgins arrives at 34 Fairview just before Brian Albert and Coco. Remember the plow srory! Brian Albert and Coco enter the house through two different entry points, yet both independently say they saw and spoke with Colin Albert inside. Higgins, however, says He never saw Colin Albert He “wouldn’t even know what Colin Albert looks like if he walked into the courtroom” Sooooo....Two people enter separately and both see Colin. A third person there for roughly an hour sees everyone except Colin. Higgins says he Stayed about one hour, Left through the breezeway doorand Drove directly to the Canton Police Department. CPD surveillance shows Higgins arriving at 1:26 a.m. Dashcam footage establishes 34 Fairview → CPD = 4 minute drive…..If Higgins left around 1:20–1:22 a.m., the timeline works. He does not leave CPD until 1:46 a.m. Higgins testified he got home at 1:40 a.m. He said once home, he Ate, Had a couple of drinks Went to bed CPD surveillance shows Higgins did not leave the station until 1:46 a.m. He cannot be home at 1:40 if he is still inside CPD at 1:46. From CPD to West Roxbury Minimum 15 minutes under normal conditions Longer in a blizzard, which this was sooo Earliest realistic arrival home 2:05–2:10 a.m., not 1:40 a.m. At 2:22 a.m. Brian Albert calls Brian Higgins, 17 seconds later Higgins calls Albert back Both men claim these were “butt dials” The 2:22 a.m. calls line up far more realistically with, Higgins just arriving home, or Higgins still awake and active...Not Already home for 40+ minutes Finished eating Drinking and In bed sleeping The next morning He returned to 34 Fairview around 7:00 a.m. He claims he saw only one police vehicle present. He says he stayed less than an hour. Well At 7:00 a.m., the following vehicles should have been present….Gallagher Lank Saraf Mullaney Goody’s vehicle would also be there or had already left (he went to retrieve the leaf blower). Seeing only one police vehicle at 7:00 a.m. does not match the known scene activity. According to Higgins Inside the house was Brian Albert Sr. Coco Brian Albert Jr. Jen McCabe Matt McCabe and Julie arrives later around 8:00–8:30 a.m. with donuts. Brian Albert Jr. states he never saw Higgins that morning. Higgins says he saw jr.... Multiple adults present and NO CPD saw higgins I think the issue here is jen hadn't started the timeline Yet, for everybody

With the recent defamation lawsuit filed by members of the McCabe/Albert group, there’s now a lot of focus on what people have said publicly. But to understand why people have been asking questions over the past 3 years… you have to go back to the testimony and the timeline itself. Colin says he was at Mike Leonetti’s house and admits he doesn’t remember how he got there but remembers he was drinking Bud Lights So right off the bat we have memory gaps about how his night even started. He testifies that Allie McCabe picked him up and brought him to Fairview between 10:30–11:00 PM From the actual texts when Colin wanted a ride home at 11:54 Colin texts Allie “U can get me now. If easier”, At 11:55 PM She responds and at 12:10 AM She texts “here” Now from Allie’s testimony, She says she had Avery and Danielle in the car, dropped them off, Then went to another friend’s house, Then came back to pick Colin up. All between 11:54 PM and 12:10 AM. Where exactly was she when she got the text? She says she doesn’t really remember What route did she take to Fairview? She doesn’t remember Where did she park? “I believe the driveway… not entirely sure” How long between “here” and Colin coming out? “A few minutes” Meanwhile, Colin’s Version of That Same Moment He Says after getting the “here” text, he came out in about 30 seconds to a minute,Says he exited through the side door near the garage, Says he saw uncle Brian Albert and Auntie Nicole Albert but Nicole Albert Says she came in the front door and bumped into Colin and that He told her he was leaving because his ride was coming. Meanwhile, Brian Albert Says he came in the side door and that Colin was the kitchen no more than 5 minutes and that he went to the bathroom and when he came out, Colin was gone Allie says She drove him straight home, No stops, About a 5-minute drive, BUT, She can’t recall the route Colin says His parents were already in bed, He went upstairs to say goodnight But We know his father didn’t leave the bar until 12:14 AM The only hard evidence presented for this timeline is A screenshot of text messages Everything else? Testimony, Memory, Recollection When you have a witness who doesn’t remember how the night started, a tight timeline with multiple stops compressed into minutes, conflicting recollections about movements and timing, and limited physical evidence to anchor it all, is it unreasonable for people to ask questions? This isn’t about claiming what happened. It’s about acknowledging what doesn’t clearly make sense yet.

Kerry Roberts is back on the media circuit… this time teaming up with the Note My Objection lawyer to talk about “witness intimidation.” You mean the same Kerry Roberts who somehow forgets to mention the part where she goes into the house while Sgt. Goode and Lt. Lank are inside taking statements from the house defendants? That Kerry Roberts? Because here’s the problem… In Trial 1, Kerry testified Matt was there when I left the first time…( which we now know from the dash cam footage, is wrong) I said I’m going to get the O’Keefes… he asked if I wanted him to come… I said no… and he went in the house. Clean. Simple. Neat little story. Except… that version conveniently skips over a pretty important detail….She goes into the house herself. Unseen. Unmentioned. Unexplained. Then comes back out… and somehow ends up having a conversation with Matt at the end of the driveway. So let’s get this straight, We’re supposed to believe Police are inside getting statements from witnesses People are not going in and out (per cpd testimony) And Kerry just… what… materializes outside afterward? But don’t worry now we’re getting a full show about “intimidation.” Not inconsistencies. Not changing timelines. Not missing movements. Intimidation. At this point, it’s not even spin… it’s a full-blown rewrite. And the wildest part? They keep telling these stories like nobody has seen the footage. Newsflash for ya, People have seen the footage. And the more these “interviews” come out, the more they highlight exactly what they’re trying to avoid. Carry on though… This is going great.
