Uneven Squat? Uneven Hips? Pinching Hips? If your squat looks uneven at the bottom, with your pelvis rotating to one side, and you notice that you lack hip internal rotation on that side, then that hip may be pinching or blocked as you go down into a squat. As a result, your pelvis rotates away to compensate and open up that hip. This leads to an uneven squat with a rotated pelvis and uneven weight distribution between your legs. Do these two stretches for 3×10 reps on both hips before you squat.

Impeccable Technique. WE WANT TO “SKIP THE MIDDLE” doing these. We want the fastest possible transition from the fundamental positions on each side (longest/strongest each side). Landmarks make it SIMPLE to do and teach. Unparalleled athletic carryover. SIDE/SIDE/CENTER is the WeckMethod way. Translates to stronger bilateral strength too — every millimeter more you can pack the Lats - the stronger your lifts. Joe Sullivan is 6X WR Squat. He will tell you himself that records five and six went up easier than one through four after he discovered the Coiling Core.

Presenting the AK combo challenge. Do a HE splat on one wall and carry through to the other side of the Seine. Bonus points if you "waste a tailspin" at the start. #t8_lili

Citizens of Copenistan, I know you’ve sat through years of PvP to believe PvE tokens exist. “What are you trying to tell me? That I can dodge liquidations?” “No Neo, I’m trying to tell you when the right project comes along - You Won’t Have to.” Choose PvE, Choose Hyperliquid

Bowling station. So you think it's just a little rainfall. So armchair experts can you tell me if the ballast is still secure and that the track hasn't moved? Go on then. This is why Network Rail take the decision to suspend trains.

SiriusXM kpop interview #YEONJUN #연준 👤 what was the statement or story that you were trying to tell through this ‘no labels’ album? 🦊 this album reflects the message of “i’m just me,” no one can judge me. no one can compare with me. i just wanted to show, who am i?

Carousels can be convoluted and tedious to code. On touch devices we can completely rely on native scrolling. What if we just extend that with a little bit of custom dragging on desktop while maintaining scrollability. Demo:
