I can’t believe this day has really come 😭😭😭 For a long time, I’ve learned so many ideas from 3D modelers, such as Topology, Edge Flow, UV Mapping, and more. I applied those ideas to Live2D, and they eventually led me to many new production methods. Until not so long ago, people were still asking me, “Why not just make it in 3D?” And now, Live2D has reached a point where it can offer something worth referencing for 3D as well 🥲

🧱 #Live3D #Live2D #HandTracking 🧱 I spent some time refining the way I use Warp Deformers to create lateral physics-based swinging motion in Live2D. With a new production concept, I tried to achieve the highest possible level of mathematical precision. At the core are two fundamental swinging structures, which I can mix in different proportions to create different qualities of motion. The first is parallel swinging. Both sides of the Warp Deformer remain perfectly parallel throughout the motion, making it look somewhat like a sheet of paper or a tassel. The second is bending swinging. The angle between the two sides of the Warp Deformer changes as it moves, making it look more like a flexible tube or a tail. （0:12）Interestingly, when I layer the first and second structures together, the bottom forms an X-shaped pattern as it swings. It looks a little like a spine or some kind of mechanical structure. （0:23）The third structure is an equal blend of the first and second. Its characteristics are much more neutral, combining the qualities of both. （0:35）The fourth and fifth structures are created by smoothly blending the first structure into the center of the second, and the second into the center of the first, respectively. This makes them appear softer and more flexible, somewhat like a piece of fabric. （0:28）Interestingly, when I blend the fourth and fifth structures equally, the result is exactly identical to the third structure. This also demonstrates that, despite their apparent complexity, the two are actually perfect mirror images of each other. Every physics-based motion shown here uses a two-segment pendulum structure, with a swinging range of ±90°. In theory, when curled to its limit, it can bend upward into a perfect semicircle. To most people, this may look as boring as a brick. But to me, this is exactly where the romance of Live2D physics lies. Does anyone else feel the same way?

This is a video demonstrating a brand new asteroid tracking technique I made that is so powerful that it can precisely track Stealth Fighters better than any other Stealth tracking technique in existence even when it is using just three $30 webcams. This same technique can be used interchangeably with thermal cameras and can majorly upgrade Radar systems. It is also able to massively increase the effective resolution of 3D scanning techniques such as CT scanners and cryo electron-microscopy. I've added notes at 4:15 and at 9:10 which go into detail about why I think this hasn't been done yet and what the things are that you think that this is but it isn't. Pretty much all of the problems you can think of with the system are extremely easy to fix if you use a little bit of brainpower to solve them.

Mew : It’s a piece that reminds me of the sea, calm and natural. Tul : I was going to say the title is Kamikaze, a storm in the middle of the sea. Mew : I’ll give it 5 stars. Tul : Out of 10 🤣 Tul : This one bursts with vibrant colors. I heard the inspiration came from using primary colors. He used a brush-flicking technique and blended it to add more detail. It came out looking Paul Smith–style. For the composition, I’d give it a 4.7 😄

Charlie Kirk's impossible neck position, as he gets carried away from the scene. It is kind of hard to see on this image. I did my best pointing out with two dots the back and the front of his head. It looks like his head position is just about parallel with his shoulders. I am not sure how many men can have their head in this kind of normal resting position, or even in their stretched position ? Maybe ladies can ? I do not know. But men, I do not think so. I surely can not do this even close. If any of you guys can do this, please mention it in the comments. But it does look to me like his neck, at this moment, is broken ? And for those, who do not have a background to this claim, I am attaching a video that hints to how his neck could have been broken, upon his hard body slam from about 4-5 height.

Anime from the 2000s is so crazy. The computers were JUST strong enough to render things, so everything looks like a PS2 game. A lot of people laugh at this art style, but low def 3D that looks like this is the coolest thing ever. It gives the animation a very distinct look.

WHAT A TRAGEDY! I can’t believe this happened to these beautiful little girls. A future has been cut off in such a painful manner that is so difficult to come to terms with. May God keep their innocent souls in perfect peace. My prayers are with the bereaved families. May the joy of the Lord strengthen you to enable you go through this difficult phase of your life. THE LOST OF ANY CHILD ANYWHERE IS THE LOST OF A FUTURE EVERYWHERE. Can a mother leave her children? Certainly not! But the painful thing here is that, as the mother cannot leave her children, in this regrettable condition, the children have left their mothers. As a mother, I can deeply relate with the mothers of these kids and what they may be going through by now. It is too painful to remember and too painful to forgive. At this moment all I wish to say is that, I pray for grace to be sufficient for you in this condition. I pray for strength for the both families of the kids. I pray for healing of hurts for all involved in this painful tragedy. I pray for love and empathy for the victims and sympathy for all who may need it. With a very heart I say PLEASE HAVE MY CONDOLENCES… GOD WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU!!!

The Valkyrie Helmet Relic will give you a 5-second warning before creating an Electrical Field that has a ~10-meter radius and lasts for 20 seconds. When it decides to activate is a bit less clear to me. It seems like you need to be within a ~5-meter radius area for more than ~10 seconds for it to activate. I was able to run around and capture the flag on Kowakujo without issue. And it seems like *maybe* round transitions are not counted during this timer. And even when you get the warning, you can sprint out of the area to prevent it from creating the field. This might be a MUCH more viable relic than people realize at first glance.

The problem with this challenge is the people who assert that all art is political mean "I can interpret this as political if I use a definition of 'political' that's so broad as to be meaningless." I could draw a black dot on a paper and they would say it's about the plight of being a minority in a white world or something. The intention of the artist doesn't matter because they can make up whatever political interpretation they want, thus it becomes "political". It's like asking someone to guess what number you're thinking of, and then just saying you were thinking of a different number even if they guess right. It's disingenuous. Here's a video where I make fun of this sort of thing by "analyzing" the "deeper meaning" of a Filthy Frank video in a pseudo-profound tone. I made it in 2017. It's hardly even an exaggeration. In fact, there were people who thought I was being serious at the time.
