We have record levels of people unable or simply not working, it’s ballooned since the pandemic and it needs looking at. But if we need to cut welfare to save money we should cut welfare to the very richest of us - the tax allowances and loopholes that enable people with money to pay half the rate of tax that people with a job do. Take from the few not the many.

The real reason you can’t afford a house is more than 15 million people have come to Britain since 1997. Our population exploded through mass immigration. We need to build more homes but also reduce/restrict the levels of immigration to restore home ownership to our youth.
