The frontend taste is the real story here. Worth knowing the model that built this is API only until July 27, when the weights land. Same demo reads differently once you can run the thing that made it on your own box.

It worked!! Kimi k3 Oauth is now wired directly into codex. The Kimi k3 model is insane but their app is not. So I figure a better way to use k3 by hooking my sub straight into codex instead. K3 now sits in the model picker next to Sol 5.6. Same subscription i was already paying for, no api key, just have to do OAuth in Kimi Code. Links down below 👇

i built counter-strike in the browser using kimi k3 one html file. 3,700 lines+. no build step. → dust2-inspired map, tunnels, catwalk, long a → ak, awp with scope, mp5, knife + reloads → 10 bots that patrol, hear shots, and push → headshots, kill feed, 2 min round → all audio procedural no sound files → three.js, pbr, runs in the browser under $5 on k3 the whole game is basically one file
