If $MU confirms tomorrow that DRAM, NAND and HBM tightness can last into 2027 or 2028 then memory companies have more reason to keep spending on capacity and advanced manufacturing tools. That matters for $ASML because it sits at the most important equipment layer of the semiconductor supply chain where more advanced memory capacity means more demand for lithography systems.

EUV prints features through multiple complex steps. This approach would effectively stamp the pattern in one shot. If it works at scale, it would be quite remarkable! This retard claims india is surpassing China in lithography technology.😆 It reminds me of the legion of moronic indians back in 2007 claiming they will close the gap and surpass China in 3 to 5 years. This BBC segment was made in 2007: A note on lithography machines; China's DUV lithography machines are already being used, while EUV lithography machines are conducting trials in our fabs. Meanwhile indians celebrate buying machines they do not even know how to maintain. Yes, if ASML machines needs maintenance, the standard practice is for Western engineers to shoo the indians out of the room and do it behind closed doors.
