Mechanical turning

This is NOT turning, it’s deburring.

Turning is done with a lathe.

Shaped like a sharp butt plug.

That's not turning. Turning involves a lathe. That is a die grinder being used to smooth out that cut. We used them at them foundry for removing extra material like fin lines or tearup.
