Postmaster General David Steiner told a Senate committee Wednesday that, if a proposed rule is adopted, the U.S. Postal Service would withhold mail ballots from states that do not hand over to the federal government lists of people who have requested absentee or mail ballots. The Supreme Court ruled in favor of allowing the implementation of President Trump's order targeting mail-in voting ahead of the midterms. The new mail-in ballot procedure: 1. States provide a list of the ballots they intend to mail out. 2. USPS assigns a unique barcode to each. 3. When the ballot is mailed out, the barcode is scanned to ensure uniqueness and that it matches. • If there is no match or it’s a duplicate, it is not delivered. 4. When the voter mails the ballot back, the USPS scans it again and checks to make sure it matches what went out and isn’t a duplicate. • Any ballots that don’t match won’t be delivered. 5. The barcode check is completely done on the exterior envelope. • The USPS isn’t determining eligibility or deciding who gets a ballot. • They can’t see the actual votes. • They are essentially just ensuring there are no duplicates, that the number mailed in isn’t greater than the number mailed out, and that the person mailing one in was the same person who received them. This process is a total common sense solution since states are continuing to insist on mail-in ballots. Of course, the Democrats and Socialists are rejecting this. They fought it hard and that is why SCOTUS had to rule on it!

A big piece many aren’t aware of happened inside USPS. If ballots were sent to the wrong address and returned, here’s what USPS did in 2020 and 2022: Supervisors instructed clerks and drivers to separate all RTS ballots from other mail. They claimed “DC orders” required that these ballots not go back into the normal mail stream to be returned to sender. Supervisors then left with large hampers full of ballots at night. Where did they go? Standard protocol is that all incorrectly addressed mail is processed as RTS on machines with date stamps. Station mail is collected and sent back to the plant for automation. So why were these returned ballots separated out? Why didn’t the unused ballots go out on the regular warehouse truck with drivers? Where did supervisors take them? Why couldn’t they be time-stamped? Why did DC change protocol just for these ballots? Why didn’t they want machines to process ballots that take images and force by hand only processing? Did USPS assist in ballot harvesting? More shenanigans I’ll save for another post, but a heavily Democrat-leaning federal agency like USPS shouldn’t be handling election ballots at all. This was never about fraud. It’s about deciding who gets to participate in our elections. Trump invented a problem so he could sell you a solution that just so happens to make it harder for people who disagree with him to vote in November. I won’t stand for this, and neither should you.
