I was going to say, "Eat REAL food," no processed food, but now the problem is FINDING real food. Organic, regenerative, and farmer's markets only, which is more expensive, but maybe if we ALL demand it, it will come down, as we see now with pasture fed eggs and grass fed beef.

Food recalls have surged in 2026, from lettuce to eggs to blueberries. The US normally logs 400 to 800 recalls a year. What stands out this year is the severity of the outbreaks. E. coli in blueberries, cyclospora in iceberg lettuce, salmonella in jalapenos, all in a single month.

That video is disgusting!

Eat your slop, goyim

Lunchmeat like turkey, ham, roast beef is very rubbery.

I eat beef… real beef, eggs, butter and little else. Carnivore baby. 👊🏼
