Your form has improved quite a bit since you started. Your stride looks longer as well so whatever you're doing to unlock your hips is working.

Your knee drive is looking great!

I walked laps for 15 minutes then jogged a lap and strained my calf. 😂 Do you ever strain yourself too much?

What does your heartrate get up to on these high intensity sessions? (I get up to ~180 and can feel that's about the limit) And in general, if I may ask, how is your bp?

You got to get under 220 lbs preferably 190-195 lbs to major improvement. Work on fast twitch exercises. Great job! You are making progress. How's the dunking challenge going?! Also try and train with faster runners with excellent form. Study the greats.

How are you timing it? 10ths and hundredths are meaningless with hand timing.
