I just got a rental today in Perth after living out of hotels and Airbnb's for 3 years and travelled months at a time!I ain’t budging after finding this place right now with this housing crisis I lived through! It’s going to get worse before it gets better! I will say Asia is the go! My parents have a house in Thailand in Koh Samui had it 20 years and live there on off a few months a year but want longer! Some diff laws in Thailand owning the land, but the apartments is in a resort and dirt cheap! Way more exclusive than Bangkok or Phuket and they live like kings there! Obviously they are retired not for everyone …but like if people are struggling financially to the point its ruining them and their livelihoods and everything in between I'm not mad at people leaving! But they need to plug the third worlders coming in the country and start looking after Australians! We need change and we need One Nation! These parties haven’t pulled their finger out how many years??
