Wouldn't the better option be to multiply the first number with 10, 100, 1000 etc. and subtracting the number itself from the result? 6*9=(6*10)-6 = 54 23*99=(23*100)-23 = 2277 83*999=(83*1000)-83 = 82917

Do 2 x 5, u won't get answer 10 by this method, but get answer 14 by this method and 14 is wrong answer... Similarly 7x3 also won't get correct ans by this method

Trick is only useful for multiplication by reoccurring 9's...so 9, 99, 999, 999999 etc

6*9 = 6*10-6 = 60-6 = 54 - it's much simplier...
