Max strict pull-ups… not where I want to be but getting there, goal is 25 unbroken. What’s a fitness goal you are working on?

PRO TIP for pull ups: -To get your first pull up (or more pull ups) listen in on this for MORE pulling power. Simple and effective. You will notice a difference immediately. You're already stronger then you think!

I always thought bodyweight training favored lighter people. So why can this 300-pound guy knock out a bunch of pull-ups, dips, and push-ups when a 136-pound guy at my gym can barely manage two pull-ups?

Sooooo I just saw all the workout critics 🤡 on my butterfly pull-ups. Butterfly pull-ups are done in CrossFit workouts and should not be done unless you have good shoulder mobility and can complete at least 5 strict pull ups without fatigue. I also train strict pull ups during other training sessions. Always make sure you go down all the way to straighten your arms before pulling up again. And chin over the bar at the top. But more importantly I encourage everyone no matter how old you are or what level fitness you are at, always try to train and exercise to stay strong and healthy so you can live your best life and be the best version of you. Don’t sit on the couch and be a hater. We have enough of that!

Find me the guy that says: “I can do 20 Pull-Ups, bro!” Make him do Pull-Ups like Rob is doing here His 20 Pull-Ups have now become 4 Pull-Ups Many such cases
