People forget this. Medicine and poison are the same substance at different doses. Supplements deserve the same respect.

How? My daily multivitamin has a mixture of vitamin d, zinc, magnesium and iron 🧐

Yeah...cause we want to trust a doctor that has never cured anything in their life...

Focus on hitting your 150g protein target through real meat to ensure you aren't masking a poor diet with vitamins for weight loss

Multivitamins combine all of them???🤷♀️

And synthetics strip cofactors from stores in the body.

I love this little infotainment video's. And very helpful😉.

Yet we have single tablets that encompass all, how?

I take Vitamin D and Iron together every morning on empty stomach but I feel no benefits but I have so much drama in my life my life is at an extreme low point where I’m losing everything I’ve worked so hard for so that’s probably why I’m drained and weak also with not eating

Rule of thumb: • D needs magnesium (and often K2) • Iron shouldn’t be paired with calcium or zinc • Magnesium is often better taken solo • Fat-soluble vitamins need food Context > capsules.

Good one❣️🫶🏾

Zinc is garbage pills, eat your vitamins from the *Tree Of Life* diet plan that is on Hope New York Inc's Facebook page under the title "The Cure For Cancer And All Debilitating Diseases".

💊⚠️ I learned the hard way that vitamins aren’t harmless just because they’re sold over the counter. Taking multiple supplements without guidance left me fatigued and bloated. Once I simplified and matched nutrients to actual needs, my energy and digestion improved. More isn’t better. Balance and timing matter more than mega doses.
