WATCH ME BUILD AN AI BUSINESS FROM SCRATCH (EPISODE 1) I'm building an AI services business from scratch, on camera, with 4 rules: -100% cold outreach -No audience -No network -60 minutes a day max The scoreboard is how many days it takes a total stranger to pay me $500. Here's the entire model: 1) The niche is tree services in Charlotte. High ticket, no private equity, and after-hours emergencies where the first person to answer wins the job. 2) The offer: a built and hosted website, an AI-powered speed-to-quote form, and a Google Business Profile cleanup. $500 flat. 3) The website IS the lead magnet. We build it first, give it away free, and charge $500 to install and host it. 4) Five agents inside Hyperagent run everything. Prospector, Opener, Sitesmith, Fulfiller, and an Account Manager upsell. 5) The Prospector dispatched 8 subagents, scraped 494 businesses, and verified 98 real leads. Done in 30 minutes. 6) The competition is a joke. The first five "websites" on my list: a blank page, a 404, two dead links, and a redirect to a crypto gaming site. 7) First-touch texts: under 160 characters, no links, no emojis, no mention of AI. "Hey, do y'all still do tree removal in Charlotte? Found you on Google. Corey." 8) The agent wrote "y'all" on its own. Sounding like a neighbor, not a company, is the whole reply-rate game. 9) 60 minutes a day covers 25-50 outreach attempts. Outreach is the only work that actually makes money. 10) All 5 agents get given away free in episode 4, plus $1,000 in free Hyperagent credits at the link in the YouTube subscription. Enough to run my entire lead scrape 6 times over. Two things that I'm looking to accomplish here: 1) Strip away every advantage and prove the model still works. If it works with no audience and one hour a day, nobody has an excuse left. 2) Give away the finished deliverable, not a pitch. An owner looking at their own new website doesn't need convincing. Full breakdown below. (also available on the Build With AI podcast)

NEW: President Trump touts the CDC announcement today reducing the number of jabs for children from 72 to 11 vaccinations. “This Schedule is rooted in the Gold Standard of Science, and widely agreed upon by Scientists and Experts all over the World.” Trump wrote on Truth Social: “Today, the Trump Administration is proud to announce the United States of America’s updated Childhood Vaccination Schedule. This Schedule is rooted in the Gold Standard of Science, and widely agreed upon by Scientists and Experts all over the World. Effective today, America will no longer require 72 ‘jabs’ for our beautiful, healthy children. We are moving to a far more reasonable Schedule, where all children will only be recommended to receive Vaccinations for 11 of the most serious and dangerous diseases.” “Parents can still choose to give their children all of the Vaccinations, if they wish, and they will still be covered by insurance. However, this updated Schedule finally aligns the United States with other Developed Nations around the World. Congratulations to HHS Secretary Bobby Kennedy, CDC Acting Director Jim O’Neil, FDA Commissioner Marty Makary, CMS Administrator Dr. Oz, NIH Director Jay Bhattacharya, and all of the Medical Experts and Professionals who worked very hard to make this happen. Many Americans, especially the ‘MAHA Moms,’ have been praying for these COMMON SENSE reforms for many years. Thank you for your attention to this matter!”

This week, we have had a lot of discussions around artificial intelligence, inspired by the Global AI Summit in Kigali, Rwanda. Many African countries are doing great things to motivate young people to take advantage of AI because it represents the future in problem solving. Unfortunately, Zimbabwe’s ICT Minister Tatenda Mavetera and her permanent secretary did not attend, showing how these things are not taken seriously by our government. Zimbabwe’s richest man, Strive Masiyiwa, who has not been to Zimbabwe for decades, made it clear at the summit, which he co-chaired, that investment will not go where the environment is not conducive. Our government talks about anything topical without delivering anything meaningful—they are doing the same with AI. The majority of schools have no computers. Zimbabweans receive electricity for only four hours a day. As the Under-Secretary-General and Executive Secretary of the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa, Claver Gatete, explains, a country needs electricity for AI data centres to work. Yet only 600 million out of 1.5 billion people in Africa have access to electricity, not even energy. Yet energy is an integral part of AI development. Energy is an essential component for the successful development and implementation of AI in a country because AI systems require massive amounts of data to function effectively. This data must be stored and processed in data centres and servers, which depend on electricity to power both the hardware and the cooling systems. You cannot achieve this in a country that delivers only four hours of electricity a day to its citizens like Zimbabwe. AI applications require continuous and uninterrupted access to data and computing resources to deliver accurate and timely results. Electricity is also crucial for powering research institutions, universities, and Research and Development centres that drive AI advancement. Without reliable access to electricity, these institutions will struggle to conduct research, develop new algorithms, or train AI models. The tragedy of Zimbabwe is that the Vice-President of Google responsible for AI, Dr James Manyika, is Zimbabwean; one of the key presenters at the summit, Prof Arthur Mutambara, who has just released a book on AI, is Zimbabwean; Strive Masiyiwa, who has partnered with Nvidia to bring supercomputer technology to the continent by building Africa’s first artificial intelligence factory in South Africa with data centres in Kenya and Egypt, is Zimbabwean. Yet, none of them are working in or with Zimbabwe. Our political leaders have let us down on all these fronts, yet they keep yapping about AI when there is nothing on the ground! Instead of slogans and dancing at rallies, they should see how other countries are doing it. A country that doesn’t focus on technology for development will be a dusty village in 25 years, and its people will not be able to compete at all, rendering it just a dot on the global map. Too much political yada yada without anything delivered, and with people like Tatenda Mavetera, who forge qualifications, in the driving seat, Zimbabwe’s fortunes will continue to dwindle! Add to that the historic looting of public funds meant for building power plants to give us electricity, future generations will curse on our graves!

📣BREAKING TEXAS BREAKING: Williamson County Elections Administrator Wilco TX Elections Caught Destroying Evidence of Surveillance Gaps A digital clock in the Early Voting Ballot Board room exposed 2+ HOURS of missing surveillance video on 2/20/26. What did EA Bridgette Escobedo do? She unplugged the clock. 🧵 1/ Dr. Laura Pressley was monitoring the legally required surveillance feed (Tex. Elec. Code §127.1232(b)) and noticed the clock on the EVBB table jumped from 5:18pm→6:24pm, then again from 6:47pm→7:47pm. Over 2 hours of video — gone. 2/ AFTER those 2+ hours of missing footage, Escobedo personally delivered 4 early voting ballot boxes to the vault — alone. No Republican designee. No watchers. No chain of custody. Then at 8:28pm she unplugged the clock. 3/ The clock stayed off for nearly 5 DAYS — eliminating the only independent timestamp that could expose future video gaps. 4/ TODAY at noon, the Republican Presiding Judge plugged the clock back in. At 4:53pm, Escobedo marched into the EVBB room, shook the clock at the judge, and physically REMOVED it from the room. It's all on video. The ballot board members laughed at her after she left. 5/ Why would an elections administrator remove a clock from a room with legally required 24/7 surveillance? Because that clock is the only way the public can verify the video feed hasn't been spliced. Williamson County, Texas. March 2026 Republican Primary. This is happening RIGHT NOW.

Why the West keeps smearing China (and why it won’t work this time) by Kishore Mahbubani *Eng/中文 subtitles • Many in the West still act like their job is to deliver the “gift” of democracy to China. Are we unable to see that there is more than one way to effectively and humanely govern a country? • When China was weak and defenseless, nobody offered democracy. In 1842 the West forced opium into China in exchange for tea. That was the lesson Chinese people absorbed: when you are weak, the West takes advantage of you. • Now that China is strong and its people have had the best 40 years of economic and social development in their modern history, the same voices switch to constant demonization. Anglo-Saxon media paints an “evil communist regime.” The goal of the Communist Party is not to revive communism. It is to revive Chinese civilization. • The real competition is not with the Communist Party of China. It is with a civilization that, for most of human history, performed as well as the West. The last 200 years of relative decline (China and India both) was the historical abnormality, not the normal state. • Year 2000: EU combined GNP was 7 times China’s. Today: roughly the same size. 2050 projection: EU will be about half the size of China. Structural shifts this large do not happen often. • Despite that reality, EU leaders still speak with open condescension. The hypocrisy is staggering. Kaja Kallas recently framed the China challenge in “cancer” language. The deeper root that almost no one wants to discuss is the old fear of the Yellow Peril. Good ole Sinophobia, fear, bigotry, and prejudice. 130 years ago the US Congress passed the Chinese Racial Exclusion Act for exactly that reason. • Three realistic paths for the next 20–30 years: ~20% chance the US and the West double down on maximum pressure to stop China’s rise. Unlike the Cold War containment of the Soviet Union, the rest of the world is not going to join this time. ~60% chance the world muddles through the usual way. • Short-term pragmatic handling (including recent US approach toward China) can keep things relatively stable. ~20% chance the West finally becomes enlightened: admits it can no longer dominate, forms real partnerships with other civilizations, treats them with respect, and accepts they will never become copies of the West. -Kishore Mahbubani PPA is a Singaporean diplomat and geopolitical consultant who served as Singapore Permanent Representative to the United Nations between 1984 and 1989, and again between 1998 and 2004, and President of the United Nations Security Council between 2001 and 2002.

🚨🚨10-Year Longitudinal Data On Ketogenic Diet Adverse Events, Bone Mineral Density, Thyroid Function, and Kidney Function: PART 2🚨🚨 NEW DATA OUT TODAY: We (Joseph C. Watso, PhD/ Austin Robinson/ Samuel Klein) just published our PART 2 paper looking at long-term safety and clinical efficacy of ketogenic diet on: ☠️Adverse Events 🦴Bone Mineral Density 🔥Thyroid Function 🫘Kidney Function ...in part 1 we measured advanced cardiovascular health profile in an adult with elevated cardiovascular risk (type 1 diabetes) who followed a ketogenic diet for 10 years and sustained euglycemia (10-Year HbA1c 5.5%). See paper here: PART 2: What did we find? 👉PLEASE WATCH 📷 VIDEO ABSTRACT here ( 180mg/dL). Patient also presented with intact hypoglycemic awareness. 🦴2) Bone Mineral Density: Prior data suggests that short term ketogenic diet may impair markers of bone modeling/remodeling. However, most of these report are short in nature. People with type 1 diabetes are at HIGH risk for lower bone mineral density and fracture (hyperglycemia is risk factor). Here, we observed no negative impact on bone mineral density (using GOLD STANDARD DXA) on a ketogenic diet, despite 10 years of aging with type 1 diabetes. 🔥3) Thyroid Function: Concerns have been raised on how reducing carbohydrates may shift thyroid hormone status and metabolism. However, most of these studies are </=7 days in length. Following a ketogenic diet over a 10-year period, here we observe no negative impact on thyroid function with a 10-year ketogenic diet. 🫘4) Kidney Function: Microvascular disease is a very common complication of type 1 diabetes as hyperglycemia damages the small blood vessel in the kidneys. Adverse structural kidney changes are observed in children with type 1 diabetes as early as 1.5-5 years post diagnosis with eGFR declining over time. We did not observe any deterioration of kidney function in patient with type 1 diabetes over a 10-year period while achieving 10-Year 5.5% HbA1c following a ketogenic diet. 🚨⚠️9) LIMITATIONS: Reminder on limitations. This is an individual case. The importance of this data is in the sheer absence of short or long-term data, hypothesized risk of a KD, and popularity and use of KD which we hope help generate future research questions. 🗒️CONCLUSIONS: In the longest known longitudinal report of a ketogenic diet in a patient with type 1 diabetes, we observed no severe adverse events or negative impacts on bone, kidney, or thyroid health. We in our PART 1 paper, we observed above average cardiovascular disease health. These initial findings should provoke further research into interventions like ketogenic diets to reduce the long-term health risks faced by those living with T1D while closely monitoring both traditional and advanced cardiovascular risk markers. Especially considering that currently available therapies do no reliably allow patients to achieve <7% HbA1c, let alone <5.7% HbA1c. Joseph C.
