No words required. I so enjoyed watching this tender interaction between grandmother and granddaughter. Baby is not yet using conventional language. But don’t think for a moment that she isn’t capable of communication. Throughout this video she clearly conveys multiple non-verbal messages. As grandma creates suspense in the build... up to their physical interaction (bringing baby close and announcing “I’m gonna get you”), watch how our hero holds eye contact and squeals with delight, communicating both that she knows what’s coming next and can’t wait to begin the game they’ve obviously played many times before. Once the kisses begin, baby signals her pleasure with continuing squeals and laughter. But my favorite part of this vignette is the way she uses her hands to grab onto her grandmother’s face, repeatedly pulling the pair back into contact. The clear message: MORE KISSES PLEASE. After a period of early experimentation with sound (including cries, coos and gurgles), infants begin babbling - making speech-like sounds (which often include components of conventional speech) that are - nonetheless - not yet conventionally meaningful. This babbling phase is a precursor to the use of formal words. And it happens in all languages. Including sign language. This video shows an infant (who, by the way, is not hearing impaired) “babbling” to her deaf grandparents. As they sign to her, she responds in kind, using her hands to approximate the signed communication that they are modeling. This woman purchased a window seat on an airplane months in advance, and she did so because she sometimes gets Air sick and looking out the window helps with that. A family comes to sit on the other side of the aisle from her.. A mom and dad and small baby girl . The baby starts crying as she wants the window seat. The father asks this passenger. Would she mind getting up? She explains. I don’t want to do that because I do get Air sick and I specifically purchased the seat for that reason.. She held her ground and did not give up her seat. Of course the family was aggravated and giving her dirty looks, and had some things to say about her as they were leaving the plane.. My question is do you think she was right to hold her ground? I do I think it’s very insensitive of parents to put out other people because their child is not well behaved.

Asked about the total bill, she explains - showing them the lengthy list of items she’s captured - that the check will be $100. It’s actually a reasonable estimate. She knows they’ve ordered quite a bit and chooses a large number to match. And throughout, watch how expertly she plays the role of waitress. From asking what they will have to her, “ok guys” as she heads back to the kitchen to place the order. It’s clear that she’s a keen observer of the world around her. This is Kouri Richins .. she has been found guilty of murdering her husband for Insurance money because her business was failing. She has been sentenced to life in prison.. but this video is about her children, and their victim statements as read by social workers, for the court. The life that they lived with this woman amounts to nothing but horrific.. and the sick part is she shows no emotion listening to the words of her own children . I chose two children’s statements to include in this.. I think it gives you a very good idea of what their lives were like.

A few hours ago, I checked on Baby Tai and once again I was reminded that watoto have a special kind of love, pure, innocent, and real. Just like Baby James yesterday, she ran straight to me, not knowing the pain surrounding her. Little does she understand that her mother, Anita, is no more taken away in such a painful and cruel way. What hurts even more is that this tragedy happened right in front of her a child too young to comprehend such horror. Since yesterday, she keeps asking me only one thing: “Let’s go to the hospital, I want to see mum.” Those words cut deep, because in her heart, she still believes her mother is just unwell that she will see her again. My heart is bleeding. No child deserves this kind of pain. I pray that God protects Baby Tai, surrounds her with His love, and gives her a future filled with peace, strength, and hope the kind her mother dreamed of for her. We will stand with her. We will support her. She will not walk this journey alone. The devil is a liar. Stay strong, Baby Tai… we are here for you.

This American’s baby was born in December and had to stay in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for 125 days She got the bill and shows it, it’s $1,763,527.43 Almost $2 million dollars for 125 days of care.. Obviously she couldn’t pay it so they actually took her to collections multiple times We need healthcare reform in America She was able to get Medicaid covered for a couple of the months and is having to try and contact collections to try and sort this out But she still owes a lot

Since then, discovered that the magic inside games and the magic in the real world are not so different after all, and slowly come to understand just how many beautiful things this world holds. And through all of it, the Sensei has been right there beside her. She once said she does not think magic is absent from this world. It’s NEVER too soon to begin reading to your baby. ⏰ In fact, doing so while your little one is still in utero will begin familiarizing your soon-to-be newborn with the voices of the adults who will comprise their “circle of trust” after birth. Once your baby is born, reading together daily will expose them to rich vocabulary, concepts of print, and to establish reading as both important and pleasurable… all key to their early academic success. I got such a kick out of this little one. It’s clear not only that her parents read to her regularly, but do so with real enthusiasm and expression. What a great feeling it must be for them to watch her mimic their tender moments together. This emergent reader was shared to IG by kidsfam8.

“This woman came into my office this evening.....According to her story, she got pregnant for one of the drivers of the delta state governor and she lives in the delta state government house with the man that got her pregnant sadly as she got to the 9th month of the pregnancy she was sent out of the government house by the same driver that got her pregnant and because of the frustration she decided to contact some people that could buy the baby after she put to bed. So on the 12th of July 2026, she came into Abuja and met the buyer and from there she was taken to a place in OROZO Abuja where she put to bed and they paid her 2.2 million naira for the boy…..” VeryDarkMan

This is a real miracle caught on film. I was walking through the streets of Panama when I came across these two ladies. As I was talking with them she told me that she wasn’t able to see out of her right eye. So, I put my hand on her head and commanded her eye to open up in Jesus name. This is what happened next… By the way, she didn’t speak English or Spanish but an indigenous language. And then her daughter next to her gave her life to Jesus!!

As your baby grows as a language user, they are absorbing and practicing many things all at once. Check out this fantastic little “reader” shared to TT by carrierad. At 14 months, her articulation and conventional vocabulary are still developing - putting a faithful retelling of this story beyond her current abilities. But that doesn’t mean she hasn’t learned a ton about what it means to be a reader from her parents’ daily story times. Listen to her babbled version of the story (Sam McBratney’s Guess How Much I Love You) and you’ll find so much complexity. She may lack the author’s words, but not expression. Her babbled vocalizations are sentence length. And the rise and fall of her pitch mimic the voices of her parents as they read to and with her. She’s telling the story. And knows exactly how books work. Fantastic!
