NOIDA WORKERS 'PROTESTS'? GHANTA! A COORDINATED PLOT TO INCITE RIOTS WITH ANTI-NATIONAL MOTIVES! (Read Full) 👉How can we say it was STAGED? ~QR codes ~WhatsApp groups ~Overnight mobilisation with specific instructions to put factories on fire at night ~HAWALA money from Pakistan 👉MOTIVE: 1. Spread Ri0ts all over UP to target CM .Yogi Adityanath Ji's main achievement- 'Law & Order' 2. Hurt Investments coming in UP by projecting 'UP isn't safe'. 3. Create panic among migrant workers 4. Disrupt export-driven sectors especially cloth industry which has shifted from Bangladesh to Bharat. 5. Trying Noida as a 'Laboratory' to start running same model in all NDA/BJP ruled states to hurt Bharat's overall economy & exports. 👉Is Workers' concern over increase in wages Genuine?- YES Is the concern addressed?- YES Late last night, after marathon talks with private company owners and workers, UP-YOGI Sarkar has already declared MINIMUM WAGES HIKE UPTO ₹5000 & HAS ALREADY IMPLEMENTED. This hike is a solid 21%. Noida now has the HIGHEST minimum wage in the entire state of Uttar Pradesh. Now I just want Yogi Ji to make these Bast@rds repent for taking birth in this world for this crime. Sir, pls put NSA on each & every Bast@rd & make their life hell by not even allowing bail for atleast one year. SET AN EXAMPLE such that kisi ki bhi Ruh Kaap Jaye even with the thought of any such misadventure again in UP or in any other State. Set such an example that every CM in Bharat will be forced to follow. No compromise with Bharat's Safety & Prosperity....even on Humanitarian Grounds. Btw....when Pakistan Hawala Money link appeared....I instantly remembered Dhurandhar-2. Bhul gaye?....Atiq Connection with ISI... Political Patronage to Atiq in 'India'. JD Vance explains exactly how the Democratic Socialists of America will “Destroy the Middle Class” “The thing that I don't understand about the Democratic Socialists of America, and obviously I disagree with a lot of their ideas, but like if you go back to Cesar Chavez, one of the original like founding fathers of the American workers' rights movement. He was a hardcore restrictionist on immigration because he thought that the bosses would bring in low-wage immigrants to compete against his workers and that would drive down their wages. And yet the DSA, which says they care about the wages of workers, is quite literally like an open borders organization. So I tend to think that it's all BS They are actually pursuing a set of policies that are good for corporations. Corporations care way more about open borders than they do about any other policy the DSA cares about. So while these people say that they're trying to fight for workers and they're trying to fight for the working man, the actual end result of DSA policy is to flood the country with low-wage immigrants, which will destroy the middle class of this country. In fact, we have run this experiment for decades now and we have a much weaker middle class than we did before it started.” He’s right, if The DSA gains power, the middle class will be completely wiped out The majority of the biggest companies in America have all pushed for either open border or lax immigration policies Just a few examples - Google - Microsoft - Apple - Meta (Facebook) - Amazon - Intel - IBM, Cisco, Adobe, Salesforce, Uber, Lyft - Tyson Foods - Hospitality like Hilton, Marriott - Walmart They all want open borders because they want to drive wages down to make more money Wake up

WATCH | Hi Please Share. These are the conditions that workers endure at Indarama Gold Mine in Kwekwe. We write with heavy hearts as Zimbabwean workers employed at Indarama Ming Chang Mine, Kwekwe. We are not against investment or mining. We want to work, build our country, and provide for our families in dignity and safety. Right now, that dignity is being taken away. These are the conditions we face daily, and we are speaking out because internal reports have led to victimization instead of solutions: 1. Safety Violations - PPE Denied & Sold to Workers Workers are being made to operate underground and in hazardous areas without proper Personal Protective Equipment. When PPE is available, it is sold to employees instead of being issued freely as required by the Mines and Minerals Act and Factories & Works Regulations. We are expected to buy our own helmets, boots, gloves, and dust masks from the wages we barely survive on. 2. No Clean Drinking Water or Sanitation The entire mine has no clean, potable water for workers to drink. Many of us are forced to drink shaft water. There are no functional toilets on site. This is a serious health and dignity risk. 3. Poor Wages, No Grading Structure Employees are underpaid with no clear grading or salary structure. There is no transparency on how wages are calculated, no promotions, and no career path for most general hands. 4. Inhumane Accommodation Workers are housed in small rooms built from sacks, tents, and plastics, directly on bare ground. There is no proper housing that meets basic health and safety standards. We sleep in overcrowded, unsafe structures exposed to weather and illness. 5. Victimization & Unlawful Dismissals As workers, we elected representatives to formally write to mine administration to raise these issues for resolution. Instead of dialogue, anyone who raises a concern is dismissed with immediate effect. Employees are being fired without due process, without hearings, and without reason. Fear has replaced safety. Our Plea: We are Zimbabweans. We want to work. But we cannot work safely, legally, or humanely under these conditions. We therefore humbly plead for urgent assistance and investigation from: 1. Ministry of Mines & Mining Development- For safety and compliance inspections 2. Ministry of Labour & Social Services- For labour law, wages, grading, and unfair dismissals 3. Ministry of Health & Child Care- For water, sanitation, and occupational health risks 4. His Excellency, the President- For intervention to protect Zimbabwean workers We are not trying to damage the mine. We are asking for the law to be upheld: safe PPE, clean water, decent toilets, fair pay, proper housing, and the right to speak without fear of being fired. Sincerely, The Workers of Indarama Ming Chang, Kwekwe

Should President Trump terminate the H-1B visa program? As an immigration attorney who advocates for an America-First approach—yes, I know how rare that is—I think Trump should do it for three reasons: 1. Displacement of American Workers The H1B program allows companies to lay off American workers and replace them with foreign workers who are often paid less, prioritizing cost savings over U.S. job security. This undermines the claim that H-1B visas are used only when qualified American workers are unavailable. For example, Microsoft—which is making record profits these days—recently laid off over 15,000 American workers, including software engineers and IT staff, while simultaneously filing over 14,000 H1B visa petitions. Reports indicate that many of these visas were for roles in the same locations and job categories as the laid-off workers, suggesting direct replacement. 2. Wage Suppression and Exploitation The H1B visa program enables companies to hire foreign workers at lower wages, suppressing salaries for American workers and exploiting H-1B workers who are tied to their employer-sponsored visas. This creates a race-to-the-bottom effect on wages in tech and other industries. H-1B workers also face exploitation because they risk deportation if terminated, with only a 60-day grace period to find a new sponsor. 3. Abuse by Outsourcing Firms Outsourcing firms, particularly Indian IT companies, exploit the H1B program by securing a disproportionate share of visas to supply low-cost labor, often for non-specialized roles. These firms engage in practices like filing visas for nonexistent jobs or “benching” workers, undermining the program’s purpose of addressing genuine skill shortages. I'm Joseph Bovino, U.S. immigration and business attorney based in Miami and serving clients worldwide. Let me know if you agree that it's time to terminate, phase out, or replace the H1B visa program. Use the link in my bio if you'd like to schedule a video consultation with about another type of visa that actually benefits you AND America, such as an E2 investor visa or the O1 visa for individuals with extraordinary ability.
