Today, I have a question. A pressing question. For some Western feminists. How can you remain silent, when women and girls are raped, tortured, their bodies carried around naked and spat on by bearded men shouting Allah Akbar? Then you can never call yourself a feminist again. Every day, including today, some Western hypocritical feminists should be ashamed of their silence on the horror that Hamas men inflicted to women and girls on 7 October. And that includes big names we were once proud of. Why are their lips sealed and their hearts of stone when it comes to the excruciating pain of Jewish women? The MeToo movement and so-called intersectional feminists do not care about all women. If they remain silent, it means they have lied to us about their commitment to women's rights. Their actions support the oppressor, not the victims. Also the EU money does. Indirectly. Those who say nothing about these women and the hostages, should not be standing here and speaking about human rights. When you are under attack by terrorists, a cease fire is like raising your hands when you are being shot at. And the farmer must surely know that when pay is high enough to compensate for hours, conditions, and opportunity cost, an Australian will take the job. What are often described as “labour shortages” or “they don’t want to do this” are usually a reflection of employers’ preference for keeping wages low rather than a true lack of available workers, especially for lower skill requirement jobs. By increasing the supply of labour, mass immigration places downward pressure on wages and reduces workers’ bargaining power, allowing firms to fill roles without raising pay. This farmer could’ve got Aussies to do it, but he’d have to pay them an Aussie wage. He didn’t want to admit that, so he just said Australians are lazy, and the migrant worker gleefully agrees.

When PPE is available, it is sold to employees instead of being issued freely as required by the Mines and Minerals Act and Factories & Works Regulations. Inhumane Accommodation Workers are housed in small rooms built from sacks, tents, and plastics, directly on bare ground.There is no proper housing that meets basic health and safety standards. We sleep in overcrowded, unsafe structures exposed to weather and illness. 5. Victimization & Unlawful Dismissals As workers, we elected representatives to formally write to mine administration to raise these issues for resolution. Instead of dialogue, anyone who raises a concern is dismissed with immediate effect. Employees are being fired without due process, without hearings, and without reason. Fear has replaced safety. Our Plea: We are Zimbabweans. We want to work. But we cannot work safely, legally, or humanely under these conditions. We therefore humbly plead for urgent assistance and investigation from: 1. Ministry of Mines & Mining Development- For safety and compliance inspections 2. Ministry of Labour & Social Services- For labour law, wages, grading, and unfair dismissals 3. Ministry of Health & Child Care- For water, sanitation, and occupational health risks 4. His Excellency, the President- For intervention to protect Zimbabwean workers We are not trying to damage the mine. We are not against investment or mining. We want to work, build our country, and provide for our families in dignity and safety. Right now, that dignity is being taken away. These are the conditions we face daily, and we are speaking out because internal reports have led to victimization instead of solutions: 1. Safety Violations - PPE Denied & Sold to Workers Workers are being made to operate underground and in hazardous areas without proper Personal Protective Equipment. When PPE is available, it is sold to employees instead of being issued freely as required by the Mines and Minerals Act and Factories & Works Regulations. In Noida, four Amity University students climbed over a 10–12 ft barricade after their final exam to drink and swim in a water-filled pit at an abandoned construction site. During this, one student drowned and died. It is deeply unfortunate, but it also raises an uncomfortable question. In such cases, we are quick to hold the system accountable, but where do individual responsibility and parental guidance fit in? These were adults. The site had already been restricted with barricading. Even without that, an abandoned, waterlogged construction area is clearly unsafe to anyone exercising basic judgment. So what necessitated crossing the barricade and entering that space? There is a recurring pattern in such incidents, accountability is placed almost entirely on authorities, while personal responsibility is rarely examined. When a location is explicitly marked as dangerous and access is restricted, choosing to enter it is, in itself, a conscious risk. This is not to absolve the system of its duties, but to acknowledge that safety is also a shared responsibility. Rules are not merely symbolic; they exist to prevent precisely such tragedies.

This creates a race-to-the-bottom effect on wages in tech and other industries. Abuse by Outsourcing Firms Outsourcing firms, particularly Indian IT companies, exploit the H1B program by securing a disproportionate share of visas to supply low-cost labor, often for non-specialized roles.
