You had to physically connect it to the console with a USB cable, so that the console could tell it what MAC address to connect to.

If You are looking for expensive hotkey controller for artists STOP, there is better and cheaper way and I will show You how! The only functionality we need while drawing is fast and direct access to the shortcuts, especially in Photoshop. On the web You can find many different brands which are selling really expensive shortcut devices but they are not comfortable to use, especially while I am drawing on couch, so I tried to find a better way, it was not hard and in the end it was a lot cheaper to set up everything! You can just use simple gamepad/controller. Anything will work - You can even use Switch controller if You know how to connect it to the PC. From my testing 8BitDo Lite 2 is perfect for the job. Its really small with a lot of hardware buttons for shortcuts, and it costs currently around 30USD! I don't know if there is something similar in this form factor but really You can use anything You have in Your house, I even tested PS4 controller but it was not comfortable to use. To setup shortcuts I am using JoyToKey, simple shareware software (support them if it will suit Your needs :)) which allows to set any shortcut on any controller, it even allows to create macros so it's really powerful if You want to play with it a bit. Anyway, this way You will have cheap, small and really useful shortcut pad which will work with anything. Hope it will help!

This might be the most fun I’ve had in Vision Pro yet 😅 In AR Helicopters, you can fly your own miniature chopper using any controller connected to the headset (I used my Switch Pro Controller). While I love the hand and eye controls, the strong haptic feedback of the controller really enhanced the illusion of actually flying the helicopter. The occlusion and sound effects made it feel like a real, physical toy. It just goes to show that after being a productivity powerhouse, a multimedia heaven, and a thousand other things — Vision Pro can also be a very expensive toy for adult children! I’m just glad there wasn’t a real pilot in that helicopter 😂 🔊 Sound on!

Bro! The HD rumble 2 in Bananza is pretty insane! You can feel the direction the snow is blowing through the controller! When you change the camera angle and the direction the snow is blowing on screen, the vibration adjusts accordingly allowing you to feel the snow blowing in that new direction through your controller! You gotta experience this game with the Switch 2 Pro Controller!
