If there are 100,000 Indians in Portugal, it’s because they’re Portuguese! People born in Goa before 1961 and their descendants were offered the option of becoming Portuguese citizens. This was due to Portugal's rule of Goa from 1505 until 1961

All cultures are NOT equal ❌ This is why NOT all cultures can coexist peacefully together. Pretending that all cultures are equal only puts the people from peaceful cultures with high trust societies in danger. All lives matter, all lives should valued but you cannot throw civilised cultures based on respect, morality & honour with uncivilised 3rd world primitive violent cultures. 3rd world nations are 3rd world because of the people living there.
