I think he has a point... he should keep his WIFI within the boundaries of his walls or remove the password when it goes beyond his walls. He can't be interfering the signals of his neighbours with his WIFI signals

This WiFi percher has a good case. You can't allow someone to use something for free for over 2 years and then revoke access without consulting the person or prior notice. I can defend this in court!
