🚨 "I Can Design & Build An Aircraft That Can Go 210x The Speed of Light!" During my conversation with Joe Rogan I revealed something that I have been sitting on for a couple of years. The fact that I was present in the room when Lockheed Martin engineer and inventor Brad Sorenson was contacted and asked about the Alien Reproduction Vehicle (ARV Fluxliner) that he described to military illustrator, Mark McCandlish. Mark revealed the Fluxliner to the world during the 2001 National Press Conference, organised by Dr. Steven Greer, before later (reportedly) taking his own life. Brad Sorenson has never gone public about what he told Mark. We only have the ARV Fluxliner story because of Mark, and we only know of Brad Sorenson because of Mark. But when Brad was contacted, and I was present for the phone call, he essentially admitted to everything, acknowledging the legitimacy of Mark McCandlish's detailed illustration of this flying saucer style vehicle. Not sure why I didn't open it up earlier but here it is - I have enlisted stocks above 1000Cr market cap in the Tickers sheet. A script runs at different times in the day to pick up aggregates that are appended to the History sheet. Let me know if you find any errors in the formulae or have suggestions for new additions that might be insightful. Also curious to hear about how you use the data in this sheet for your own trades. I personally rely on the % of stocks above 40DMA number to figure out strength in the market. During periods where I am not actively going through charts, I check if this number is above or below 40 to get a general sense of whether this is a strong market or not. Happy trading! 😃

During this tidbit on the power law from my chat with Mike Gelb on the Consumer VC podcast, I was thinking about a conversation with one of my partners when we exited Chewy in 2017. He noted that Chewy had returned more than every other investment in our history combined. And, I responded that if we do our job well, there would be another investment down the road that would return more than every other investment in our then history + Chewy combined. That's how the power law works. He looked at me like I was nuts - I stand by it.

Have you ever fallen for this trap? During Thursday night’s Asia session, I shorted the rejection of CP, targeting the prior session’s swing low near 31,100, which also aligned with a large resting order on Bookmap. Unfortunately, I closed this trade with only $700 profit. Because I overlooked one major detail… Thursday’s high had not yet been swept. Instead of selling off, price reversed higher and took that liquidity during Friday’s pre-market. That move convinced me the market had turned bullish, so I abandoned my original bearish plan. Think about how absurd that is! I was bearish before the buy-side liquidity was taken, then became bullish after it was taken. The market actually tricked me, but this is what happens when I become complacent and don’t write down a solid plan before the session. Things start going well, I convince myself that I don’t need one and then I make the most absurd mistakes.
