When I was 7, the next door neighbor played this lp on repeat through his state of the art (at the time) sound system. Usually at night. I’d listen to the words with intense wonder as I drifted off. Not really knowing what it meant, my mind would wander for miles, into dreams.

I like it we got that live kicking Roadhouse blues and I think the album really works all around. Great fun stuff and good exposure to Jim’s prose more than lyrics which are equally mesmerizing but this was set different
