Peggy Flanagan, the lieutenant governor of Minnesota, encouraged people to put their bodies on the line. That is irresponsible. The ICE agent did not have the benefit of slow motion, multiple camera angles, frame by frame analysis, visibility of the direction her tires were facing, or knowledge of her intent. All he knew and saw, at that moment, was a driver of an SUV ignoring the lawful commands from fellow ICE agents, the sound of accelerating tires and a vehicle moving in his direction.
