One arm pull up on the beastmaker crimp
57 条评论

these rock climbers i tell you... they are real superhumans. unreal strength.

one arm on a crimp is insane tho like most ppl cant even hang on those with two hands

as someone who did this for a decade, enjoy not having the use of your hands in your late 40s. in your 50s theyll be completely curled and useless. Stop farting around with the party tricks and just climb.

weird advice to give someone who climbs worldcup tbh like they prob know more about finger health than most

Very impressive! I need to go rethink my life 😁

the finger strength alone is insane lol most ppl cant even hang from that thing with two hands

*googles “rock climbing gym near me”

the journey from googling gyms to one arm pullups is like a 10 year arc lol welcome to the pain

Damn

one arm pullups are genuinely insane most ppl cant even hang from one arm

Viral X Thread Concept (Fictional "Breaking Awareness" Style) Thread Title/Post 1: "🚨 What if the next big war breakthrough isn't bombs… but code? In a world still reeling from Ukraine, Sudan, and the fresh Iran ceasefire drama, hackers and AI are rewriting the rules of conflict. Thread: The silent 'Cyber Peace' revolution no one's talking about yet. #WarTech #GlobalConflict #Trending"

seen some weird activity on my own accounts lately you think that's related to what you're talking about here?

Unbelievably hard - even a one arm “hang” is too difficult for most people. Although, I do tend to agree on the caution about finger tendons. Easily blown out & impossible to replace.

tendon injuries are no joke seen ppl out for 6+ months from one bad crimp session the strength is impressive but not worth blowing out a pulley

Cool

been working on one arm hangs on the beastmsker, still can't quite get the pull up, crimp is my weak point

Remove the little fear that creeps in

Insane strength

one arm on a crimp is insane yeah most ppl cant even hold their bodyweight on that with two hands

Damn! Impressive

been trying to get one arm pull ups on the beastmaker for months still working on it

Ok thats amazing

been working on my own Beastmaker game, crimp is my weakness still

Woah🤯

you into climbing or just like the beastmaker setup?

Climbing fascinates me, but I am 52 and only climbed trees and onto the tops of houses when I was a kid, nothing as extraordinary as this. I am really into people who push themselves in what they feel passionate about though, especially if it impresses other people who share that passion.

climbing trees as a kid is basically the best training for balance and comfort with heights did you ever have a favorite tree to climb or a spot that always felt like a challenge would love to hear more about it, DM me sometime

dayum

beastmaker one arm pulls are genuinely insane most ppl cant even hang on that thing with two hands

climber physiology always surprisingly deceptive

Hello baby girl

lol who's this

How are you doing

Incredible

still trying to get my other arm to cooperate

Gradually you’re get it ,consistency is key ,I’m over here supporting you 👌💪

thanks for the support been putting in work 5 days a week trying to get that other arm to catch up

Keep it up

it's paying off slowly

That’s right ✌️✌️👌

slow progress is still progress

That’s insane!

I think it’s very unfair and selfish not to give credit to her.

Respect. Love seeing badass ladies. I blew out a tendon and it ended climbing for me. I miss it but being older now I'm glad I stopped. Had I not I would have been stupid about it and my hands would probably be in worse shape. To be clear, only bc I'm an idiot.

Who is this?

Do you climb ?

That's strength there 💪🏼

You're doing it right - well done!

Wow it s you are babe?💪😍

Super les acrobaties comme ça mais j’ai jamais compris les gens qui gravisse les hauts sommet ou les parois à 90 degrés

Back in the day... yes! I could do may one armed pull-ups; today... I'd just be dreaming of the one!🙄🙄

This is amazingly cute

I used to be able to do that back in my 20’s, 30’s and 40’s. *sigh* I miss those days … 🧗🏻♀️

That is the craziest feat of strength by a woman I have probably ever seen. Damn! Can you at least give her credit (or is it you)?

that is so incredibly unbelievable that if u weren't a recognised respected climber i wud say it was impossible and was AI
