One more.. visualizing how RSA encryption works.

RSA is one of those concepts people memorize for exams and never actually understand. seeing the key generation, the modular math, the encrypt/decrypt cycle play out visually changes that. this is the difference between knowing how something works and actually getting it

This is so cool. I remember reading The Code Book by Simon Singh a while back about encryption and just being blown away, and that was without visuals Great for parents who wanna sit with their kids and show them how stuff like this works

great viz. one gotcha: this is textbook RSA — in prod, RSA never encrypts your actual data. it encrypts the AES key. TLS, SSH, PGP all do hybrid encryption. devs who learn from pure RSA demos often have wrong mental models when they hit OpenSSL

Hey @adocomplete today Claude Code keeps asking me: "do you want to try this new feature where I can show you things? it will consume a lot of tokens" and I said: "yes" and it spins up crazy visualizations on local host. I am trying to build multiple things which are very visual. I'll share once I'm done.
