Optimisation is crazy where winds meet. It’s achieving 50-55 fps on 8k Max Settings while Borderlands 4 runs at 20 fps on a 5090 at 1400p. Lmao… I’m not exaggerating; I’m genuinely shocked that we’ve got so many unoptimised games this year…. #WhereWindsMeet

GPT-6 Astra just got Age of Empires IV running at 70-150 fps on Apple Silicon. CrossOver was doing ~8 fps and freezing constantly. now: max settings, big fights, online, stable. I genuinely did not think this game was going to run like this on a Mac

My first impression of The Blood of Dawnwalker 1. Worst optimized game in 2026. 30-40 FPS on DLSS Quality with a 5800X3D + 5060 Ti 16GB. Even Balanced runs like trash. 2. Walking feels so weird. Controller stops working after I touch the mouse. 3. So many visual bugs. Animations locked at 30 FPS. 4. This game is so unpolished. Can’t believe it looks like Witcher 3 and still runs this bad. Refunded. Playing Onimusha tomorrow. #BloodofDawnwalker #TheBloodofDawnwalker

NTE is currently the best-optimized Unreal Engine gacha game !! My Specs = 5700G + 9060 XT (undervolted) > I’m playing on Ultra settings at native 1440p (no SSR or Lumen) > AMD GPU users: stop using Lumen or SSR if your GPU is not RX 9000 series > Native resolution = 70–90 FPS > FPS drops happen because of the undervolt and while recording > If you need help, just comment your specs and I’ll help you optimize the game. The game is very optimized compared to most UE games ! #NTE #Nevernesstoeverness

Borderlands 4 Performance Summary in 2 minutes: 0:00 - Native Res Badass Settings the game runs bad 0:30 - Upscaling Performance Mode Badass Settings, the game barely manages to hit 60FPS 1:20 - Frame Gen turned on and now you have 100 FPS Some people will turn all these settings on and be happy with it but in my honest opinion these are used as crutches to make the game look as if it performs good. Borderlands 4 has a certain art style that doesn't look like it needs these kind of settings to be turned on to play at a high framerate but sadly it does and you can defend this if you want but the future of gaming looks bleak, using this tech to not optimize the games further will just result in input latency increase as every game will be delivered with frame-gen turned on in the devs mind.

Elon Musk on the Tesla Roadster: “If you took all the James Bond cars and combined them, it’s crazier than anything. Is it even a car? I’m not sure. It looks like a car. This is some crazy, crazy technology we’ve got in this car, so different from what was previously announced.”

I know many of you have waited years to learn the truth about Dr. Mercola &what happened, and this is not a hit piece at all, but I’m also not here to defend him. It will be on where I’m not censored/hidden from 99% of my audience like here. It’s free✌️

First day of vacation while I’m working on 3.5 projects at the same time. It has been a crazy year since the release of the AOER2 #b3d #rigging course. Will have so many things to share at the end of 2024… but now is the time to eat, drink and sleep .

[VIDEO] 🔴 BTS ARIRANG Live🌟 How-To Record // Audio & iPhone Settings Guide Settings matter. Simply changing your iPhone from Spatial Audio to Stereo Audio isn’t enough. 💡Before recording: Lock your camera settings. Lower the exposure (☀️🌓) between -0.3 and -2.0, depending on the stage lighting. 🍭 My sweet spot was -1.67. This let in less light and helped the camera focus so it locked at a good focus and clarity. Exact settings from Tampa Day 3: iPhone 17 Pro Max, 1TB - Normal Camera app (no special apps needed. For Tampa D1 and D2, I used the Zoom app.) - Stereo Audio: ON ✅ - Audio Zoom: OFF ❌ - Wind Reduction: ON ✅ - Record Video: 4K, 60 fps (I’m switching to 120 fps for MetLife and will report back.) - Cinematic: 4K, 30 fps - Camera Capture: High Efficiency - ProRAW & Resolution Control: ON ✅ - ProRAW Format: JPEG Lossless - Photo Mode: 24 MP - Video Capture: Apple ProRes: ON ✅ DAY 3 Seating: Section P (Soundcheck floor seats) Row 24 (facing the stage on the seating map). This was an aisle seat, so it felt more like Row 4 with a completely unobstructed view on my left side. The stage was the “t” configuration, and this seat was inside the “t,” around where the crossbar begins—roughly the middle of the stage layout. While not every iPhone 17 Pro Max feature is available on older iPhones, you can still adjust the settings that your device supports. #BTS_ARIRANG #BTS_WORLDTOUR_ARIRANG #BTS_WORLDTOUR_ARIRANG_Tampa D1, D2, D3

Amar’e Stoudemire says the Suns wanted him to play 72 games or get only 20% of his contract, then told him they had players who could replace him “I’m leading the team in scoring, rebounding, blocked shots, deflections... We just lost at a buzzer beater, so let’s just get this over with and let’s run it back” “He was like, ‘We got to do some type of reconstructed contract where... you got to play 72 games and if not, you only get 20% of the contract.’ I’m like, ‘What? Hold on. Crazy. 20% is crazy’” “I’m like, ‘What happens if I play 71 games and we resting... or we’re blowing teams out and no need for me to play?’... It was too much gray area... He was like, ‘No, we can’t do it. We got guys that can replace you’”

I tested Rust vs Javascript for games 🎮 I had this question recently and decided to port my Three.js game to Rust Desktop I'm still not able to reproduce the same look on both games but I believe that codewise they are very similar With both games running, the Rust version averages 37FPS while the Three.js version averages around 20FPS If I'm running one game at a time the FPS goes up considerably (60 FPS on both with power on) So the Rust version for Desktop has 85% increase in performance on my Macbook Pro M4 This comparision is basically comparing Browser vs Native, which is not completely fair So that's why I want to port the Rust version to WASM on the browser and benchmark again soon

NEW: Mark Pope played along with the joke that the SEC only wins 50% of its conference games😂 "I feel like we’re not living up to the expectations, just being at .500 as a conference... I’m kind of looking around at the other programs in the league like, ‘Guys, we’ve got to pick this up. This is embarrassing.’ And so we’ll find a way. I believe in this league." Fred VanVleet on his welcome to league moment his rookie year: “It’s my rookie year, it’s preseason. Mind you, we might had 10 preseason games. So, I’m like still trying to figure it out. My very first preseason game was KD first year with Golden State. So, when we seen them, I’m like, “ooh wee” this is crazy. Mind you, I got to get to the arena 4 hours early because we got 20 guys trying to make the team. So, I’m at the arena at three o’clock. The game don’t start till 7. I don’t get in till the third quarter. It’s nine o’clock. I got to pick Steph up full court soon as I check in, I’m like “Damn.” We go to LA and this the bullsh*t with the NBA. We go to LA and we playing the Clippers, CP3, Blake, Lob City. We play the Clippers. So, I’m chilling. I be having like Jolly Rachers and sh*t in my socks I was on some dumb sh*t I’m chilling. I’m looking around. They start to draw the play up to start the game. Like, hold on. I’m starting? Y’all weren’t gonna tell me. Boom, I’m starting and I’m like, “Oh sh*t I’m trying to get ready. Chris Paul had me goddamn running. I’m looking for the screen this way, he going that way.” He must have had 14 assists at halftime. He wasn’t even shooting. He was just playing.” (Via Out The Mud Podcast)
