do you know how many businesses are affected because of disruption in commercial LPG ? yahan bhi they are diverting focus on domestic to save their asses
Israel, Iran and the US are at war. Yet their citizens are not fighting for LPG cylinders. In India, long queues and chaos outside gas agencies. A government that claims to be a global superpower cannot even secure cooking gas for its people. The war is in West Asia… the suffering is in Indian homes.
trying to book domestic cylinder thru the phone line which connects to automated booking at my indane gas dealer end . These lines are not working in many areas of bangalore for the last 3 days and this suggest the situation is precarious and govt making a fool of the public
@IndianOilcl My previous booking on 28/02/2026 Now 21 days after date should be 22/03/2026 , but it shows 27/03/2026

Delivery Authentication Code (DAC) system - is already in place. we have to give code to the delivery person. This method started in 2020 itself I think.
@PetroleumMin My agency is indifferent to DAC and has never requested DAC to provide the refills. Additionally, I submitted the refill request approximately six business days ago and still haven’t received it.

This is not true. I have ordered on Sunday, as of now the cylinder wasn’t delivered and no status update, the app and phones are not working including help lines.

I have booked gas 4 days ago but it is still not delivered. But u ppl r saying they r being delivered in 2.5 days. Pathetic governance.
@BibhutiRana2021 Pardon if I was wrong, Respected Madam Sharma is sharing information without having any ground knowledge. In odisha we booked gas after waiting over a month we didn't get it.

BS 5 days since bill generation . Not delivered to us yet. Usually it used to get delivered next day after bill generation here.

@NammaBengaluroo Lies, Lies Total lies. Lpg booking system is not working. Calls don't get through. Even if it does after many trys the DAC number is not sent.
That’s total lie. I got the 28th feb booking 2 days ago.

She is spreading lies, ground situation is very different, massive shortage of LPG is reported across the country
@IndianOilcl, Whatever she says might be true — after you’re actually able to book the cylinder. But the irony is that all the portal itself doesn’t even allow the booking to happen in the first place.
If there are no shortages then why setting rules for priority sectors? Why ECSA imposed? What's the current demand/supply ratio? What the plan for the next 3-6 months?
@IndianOilcl DAC isn't Implemented nor Monitored.... Indian Oil Corporation must implement Cylinder Weight Check on Delivery, DAC Validation with GPS Enabled Mobile or Equipment. Both will Stop Black Marketing of Domestic LPG Cylinders !
